Our stay was truly exceptional. Everything was spotlessly clean: fresh bedding, and all towels were sealed in sanitary vacuum packages. The furniture was brand new, stylish, and high quality. The house was fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as: Dishwasher tablets (enough for 3 washes), Laundry detergent tablets, Salt, olive oil, and a selection of spices. Small details, but they make a big difference and show the host’s attention to guest comfort. The location is incredible — surrounded by a beautiful forest with breathtaking views and unbelievably fresh air. A supermarket is within walking distance, so we had everything we needed without using the car. We even enjoyed the short walks to the store. The photos matched the reality — if anything, the place was even better in person. This property is perfect for guests traveling by car, as it is located in the mountains. But that’s what made it so special: after full days exploring Lake Como, we came back to peace, quiet, and nature. I can confidently recommend this place to anyone — even the most demanding travelers.

The hotel is in a very peaceful location on the lake, well away from the big crowds that you’d find in Como. Christina greeted us with such warmth and made us feel very welcome. Her and her staff worked tirelessly for all the guests. The Hotel is probably the best 3 star you will find. Everything was very well looked after and kept tidy. The Hotel is located near some outstanding restaurants, the one we preferred was Baia di Parè who had a full gluten free menu and baked their own GF Bread. Their food is outstanding! I highly recommend Hotel Bellavista.

The hotel is located in a quiet zone, close to the lake with exquisite views of the mountains. The room was very comfortable with a window overlooking the lake. A parking area is right across the road. The breakfast is simple but good. Fresh oranges can be provided and eggs are done on request to one's taste. Staff is very courteous and helpful. There is also an excellent restaurant part of the hotel with amazing tasty food and great wine.

Everything from start to finish. They are so welcoming and kind. The room is clean and plenty of space. The view is lovely with a chair on the balcony. It is a lovely treasure in the countryside. The food and drink fantastic!! The spa was beautiful and relaxing.
