This hotel is cozy and very welcoming. The room was clean and beautifully renovated. We were delighted by the family atmosphere and friendly staff. There was also a very good breakfast. The location is excellent - close to the city center, the park and the cable car. Overall a great stay.

A lovely hotel in the centre of Montecatini. Large, spacious and clean rooms and bathroom. There were interesting LED lights above the shower. Abundant and tasty breakfast prepared by the lovely lady in the kitchen. The hotel is near the Montecatini station, about an eight minute walk. The receptionist was really nice to us and always made sure we were comfortable and all of our needs were met! The was also a sink in the restaurant from which you can fill your water bottles with mineral water any time you want! I highly recommend this hotel!

All was perfect! Just 5 mins away by foot from train station (to Florence, Pisa, Viareggio etc), bus terminal to old town - charming Montecatini Alto - as well as from supermarket. 10 min away from city center and Montecatini thermal park & baths. The host was extremely nice, gentle and very helpful - made us feel like family! Breakfast was very good with delicious home made pastries. Overall a great experience. We highly recommend it. The right accomodation when visiting Toscana and attending Viareggio Carnival. We hope to return soon!

The hotel is located very central, with charming interior design and a very nice veranda where you can enjoy excellent regional Italian cuisine. It is so perfect because you can easily launch cultural-related trips to Florence or Lucca, or just relax at the pool, or go hiking in the surrounding hills, and then after a long day you can treat yourself to a relaxing massage. What gives it that personal touch is the great service by the owners, reception and food service staff. This was definitely not my last visist to this lovely hotel.
