The estate is beyond beautiful. It definitely exceeded our expectations, although the pictures via Booking were already amazing. It is like a tiny village - fresh lemon trees, beautiful gardens, lake views, a gorgeous relaxing pool. It was our favorite hotel during our “Tuscany tour”! Staff was very friendly too, had many recommendations. The beds are very comfortable, good air conditioning, a small fridge and even a Nespresso in the room. The room was spacious and provided nice views too.

Great apartment in very quiet area, it’s well equipped, all you need is there, even air conditioning. Check-in and check -out were very smooth. We really enjoyed our stay in Patti’s House and Patti is a great host! I definitely recommend this place.

Fantastic location in the middle of woods. Very friendly and individual approach of the owners. Fantastic dinner, wine, breakfast and many more. The surrounding area is great for relaxation. Everything is like harmonized here. The roadpath to get here is just fine, considering the area (top of the mountain and woods).

Stunning villa in a beautiful location. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. A beautiful tranquil location with wonderful views. Rooms are beautifully decorated and there is a beautiful living/library area with wood fire in which one may enjoy a glass of wine. The home cooked dinner was excellent as was the breakfast the following morning. A lovely family run unique Tuscany villa with a personal touch. Highly recommend and we look forward to returning soon.

    We loved our stay in this beautiful hotel. Make sure to book dinner on the terrace for fantastic views over Tuscany and wonderful food and wine. The pool area is perfect for relaxing and has it's own bar which serves great drinks. The staff were lovely too, would highly recommend!

    The hotel grounds and facilities are very beautiful, the Executive Room was stunning, overall a very nice and peaceful atmosphere. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.
