Your staff were excellent, when my partner had an unexpected problem just as we were about to leave they accommodated us by allowing us to continue to use the room until well past check out time - we couldn't break the connection to Chicago for fear of not being able to reconnect. Manymany thanks.

The hosts were very responsive and very welcoming. We found a selection of jams, Nutella and crisp breads awaiting us upon arrival and the kids loved those! It made us feel welcome and also made our evening after a long drive. The property is spacious and very homely with nice touches (but not cluttered). The kitchen was well equipped and had plenty of dishes, cutlery, etc. We didn’t manage to get the dishwasher to work, but it might have been due to our lack of Italian and not being too familiar with different dishwashers. I loved the fact that the sofa bed was already made for us and we didn’t have to do it ourselves. The location is great for visiting Pisa and Florence and surrounding areas and they had various recommendations in the apartment. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and sad to leave. Also, the first Internet connection was good and reliable, which we lacked in other properties in Italy.

The guesthouse is even nicer than the photos. The host, Lucia, was very welcoming and nice. It's located in a quiet yet charming part of Tuscany and it's easy to get to from the Pisa airport by car. The room we took was spacious and clean. Bonus points for the breakfast too. The outside garden in the back overlooks the Tuscan views as well and has a nice sitting area to sit and eat. We'll definitely plan to stay there next time we visit the area!

The place was like a postcard of Italy! Set overlooking the Tuscan countryside and beneath a nice little village it was absolutely beautiful. Our studio was incredibly spacious, warm and comfortable. For the price we paid, we couldn’t believe our luck! Definitely worth a stay and only an hours train from Florence and nearby some nice hikes and other out of the way tourist attractions. Great if you want an authentic Italian experience away from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy areas. Can’t recommend enough!

    Monsummano is an interesting town with a history I do not feel I explored enough.There is a museum and a library that I would have liked to have visted, but I enjoyed walking around and drinking coffees here and there. Only one decent restaurant as far as I could find - the Sotto Grotta in the Piazza Giusta ... but I could cook for myself (once I found the sumpermarket) and all in all it has a lovely feel with pleasing architecture.

    The owner cleaned our room every day and put clean towels!! The breakfast was delicious and with plenty of options (warm croissants, cheese, meat, juice etc.). We felt like in a 5star hotel as every time we came back everything was tidy- she even put our clothes which were left on a ground in order 🫶

    A fantastic location with a beautiful organic garden. Lots of space in and outdoors. Our hosts Valeria and Augustin were splendid, we had a warm welcome and had very nice contact. A super place to either relax or as a base for day trips. Highly recommend.
