The 360 degree views from the house/garden were fantastic. The location was very peaceful but with easy access by car to the beaches and the main coast road. The house was very comfortable, clean and well equipped . The terrace was a lovely place to sit/drink/eat/watch the sunset. (We enjoyed an excellent lunch with very friendly service at Canaima, located on the beach at Bovo Marina, 5 minutes drive away.)

We stayed here for 5 days in July 2023. I would have given 6 stars if I could. Hosts: Peppino and Marcella are worth their weight in gold. It started with a very warm welcome, attentiveness, assistance and hospitality beyond our expectation during , and a warm heartfelt goodbye at the end. Thank you both so much for everything! Place and location: A beautiful home surrounded by a gorgeous garden full of fruit trees, conveniently located in a quiet corner just outside of Montallegro town. The home is very nicely decorated and spotless. Close to beautiful beaches and nice towns. All in all a top stay and we will certainly come back one day. Again thank you both and wishing you all the best!

The town where the accommodation is located is not very pretty nor is it anything special. But both the host and the accommodation are exceptional and the breakfast is very good. The host recommends where to go to the beach, where to eat, what to visit, etc. Ideal for a 1-night stop if you are driving through Sicily. It is close to the beach.

Montallegro may seem like an awful place at first glance, but it has many hidden gems, including a Michelin-starred restaurant with a fantastic courtyard that's not easy to find. The adjacent Torre Salsa nature reserve is a wonderful place to relax.

The stay at Baglio Caruana is fabulous, the service is fantastic, and the room is spectacular. The beach is very close, and it's a great starting point for visiting Scala dei Turchi and the Valley of the Temples. Total relaxation upon arriving at this wonderful estate with vineyards!

The owners, Adriana and Damiano are wonderful characters and perfect hosts at this excellent boutique hotel. The Sicilian food in the restaurant was exquisite - we had the delicious and expansive tasting menu 2 consecutive nights. Our gorgeous room had a spacious bathroom with a large jacuzzi and a roof terrace which looked over the town and the nearby hills. We used it as a base for visiting the Valley of the Temples. We would love to visit again.

Very nice location outside of Montallegro, with beautiful views of the village and countryside all the way down to the sea. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor seating areas of the villa. The owner and his family were very friendly. It almost felt like home!

Wonderful place. We enjoyed 4 calm and relaxing nights here. Great breakfast, only a short drive to the beach with beach clubs and restaurants. The pool area at the hotel is also great! Wine tasting is recommended! Even the hotel dog, Arto, was cute.
