We recently stayed at this stunning hotel for our honeymoon, and it truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. The welcome was warm, and the attention to detail was remarkable. The room was immaculate, spacious, and elegantly decorated, with breathtaking views that set the perfect romantic ambiance. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. We loved the personalized touches that made us feel pampered from start to finish. The outdoor heated pool was absolutely perfect, the Spa was amazing the indoor jacuzzi and sauna with the outdoor view was unbelievable. The staff deserves special mention Magi Alena and Alessia all under the command of the amazing manager Antonelo – they were genuinely friendly, always willing to help, and made sure every aspect of our stay was flawless. They even surprised us with a lovely gesture to celebrate our honeymoon, which made our stay even more memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend such an important moment in our lives. We will definitely be recommending this hotel to everyone and can’t wait to come back! Thank you for making our honeymoon an unforgettable experience!

Our stay at Agriturismo Abbazia Sette Frati was exceptional. We traveled as two families (5 and 4 people) and this restored old abbey exceeded our expectations. Sara, Gregorio, and Annalisa were outstanding hosts who transformed our vacation into an unforgettable experience. Their genuine warmth and hospitality made us feel instantly welcome. Sara's attentiveness to detail, Gregorio's helpful presence, and Annalisa's culinary talents created the perfect atmosphere. Annalisa welcomed us with a memorable first dinner that included a custom pistachio birthday cake. The property itself is stunning - an authentic Italian agriturismo with spacious accommodations in a beautiful historic setting. The location is convenient, within 1 hour drive or less to major Italian towns of Perugia, Spello, Spoleto, Assisi, Orvieto and Terni. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Grazie mille!

We loved every second of our stay. We have booked the Vitalis apartment for two nights and marvelled at the high ceilings adorned with frescoes depicting scenes from the Old Testament, the fireplace in the kitchen, the stone lavabo, the views of the garden and the hills in the morning mist. Our one year old was very happy to play in the garden, run all over the place, ride the rocking sheep in the breakfast area, and pet the livestock we encountered around the property. Breakfast was plentiful and since we had a kitchen in our apartment equipped with fridge, stovetop etc. we could cook and bring our own products to the table for a complete meal. The abbey is an experience in itself and together with the garden are very well maintained. Hats off to Annalisa and her family for outstanding work. Also, there are many handcraft experiences available that we'd like to book for our future visits.

A wonderful warm hearted place for any (book loving) traveller to visit. It's run by a lovely couple with eye for detail. The B&B had everything you could wish for: easy accessibility, parking infront (a bit tight as it's in the mountain, but very doable), a grand variety of tea, a coffee machine, a wonderful relaxing shower, enough pillows to make a forth, an extensive book collection, small table games and children activities, they welcome pets, they will prepare a wine bottle opener if you request one, a lavish and delicious home made breakfast, and if you give them a heads up they can even serve you dinner (for extra costs, but very reasonably priced) in the B&B. It was a wonderful experience and I haven't had such a good and restful night in a long time.

This almost abandoned village perched on a hill may be...

This almost abandoned village perched on a hill may be pleasant, but it is not for everyone. The apartment is beautiful and spacious, but there was a huge problem with mosquitoes and the air conditioning not being available (there is a split but no remote control).

A charming place near Lake Trasimeno and close to Perugia. Unfortunately, our stay was cut short by a fall while cycling around the lake. The nearby towns are very beautiful.

The breakfast food was good, however the biggest problem was poor food service for both breakfast & casual dinner service. The waiting staff need to be better trained. Orders were frequently forgotten & needed to be reminded. The hotel staff was very friendly & accommodating & Antonello,the manager, was very congenial & helpful.
