Magical place with an astonishing view. Owner family is very friendly and helpful. It has a huge site with olive trees and leanders, wherethe kids can play around. You sit outside with a great wie during the night enjoying the view and the stars.

We have booked just one night stay and found ourselves in welcoming Italian family. Simo offers an amazing home made dinner in their beautiful garden. True paradise. The house is very cute, clean and tidy. Would love to come back again.

Great location near the city but quiet and by the sea. €15 taxi from Pisa trail station. and a bus stop right outside the hotel. lovely big room and comfy bed. Staff were fabulous.

It's a beautiful building in the perfect location - right on the sea front. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. There was a facility for sunbathing on the roof as well

    The location was beautiful and I was given a larger room than expected, incredible value for money for a short stay. The breakfast in the guest kitchen was lovely and you could make drinks there at any time. The food in the restaurant was really high quality. A long but pleasant walk through a forest trail brings you to the coast. A shorter walk through the village brings you to the Sanctuary of Montenero.
