Super easy to head to the apartment. You can check in whenever you like, thanks to the self check in option. The apartment is super cozy (with AC - that helps to manage this torrid summer) and Fabrizio is amazing. We did not meet each other (unfortunately) for a matter of timings, but he has been super kind in giving tips, explanations and super responsive. We loved everything!

Fantastic stay at this lovely home! The owner is incredibly warm and welcoming, making you feel right at home. The house itself is beautifully presented and comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. But the real highlight is the pets - the chubby cat is adorable and the dog is just the sweetest. They add so much to the experience. Would have loved to stay longer than just one night, but will definitely be back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a genuine and warm stay.

Everything as expected. The property looks even more beautiful then as shown in the photos. Just love it. Neat and clean. The host was just great. He even came to welcome us and explained everything. Also gave us his personal number for any emergency. The price is quite good compared to any other options in the Rome. Just 7 mins walking from the train station and the train takes just 19 mins to reach Rome. Multiple grocery stores and eating options near by. Just loved the stay. The bad was very comfortable, the toilet was very clean. The wifi speed was also super fast.

The location was stunning, a great escape from the big cities. Views of the mountains, olive groves and amazing sunsets in the evening. The pool to escape the summer heat was a real treat. Friendly staff who help create a very relaxed atmosphere. It was a short walk into the town with a great Piazza and plenty of choices to eat and drink. We just loved it.

    The host was fantastic. Luigi was very helpfull with travelling to Rome, finding good restaurants, overall a fantastic man. The hotel was very convinient. Easily to travel to rome with public transport. Very clean. We had q very nice Room with a big terrace.

    The location was great, a few minutes walk from the bars, restaurants and the historic centre of Monterotondo. There was a free secure car park. Our host Marco was very helpful and responsive. The apartment was excellent for a couple.
