Very nice breakfast full of fresh fruit, bread, croissant, eggs, salami...large parking. Never s'en so large bedroom and bathroom. Staff +++. The man at réception helped us for tourism research (fountain 99) and gave us à very good adress for enoteca.

I really want to praise the hotel staff. I had a situation with my (first) room that it was next to the room with a guest who was obviously unwell - loud coughing and sneezeng, etc. Practically, I could not sleep normaly in the room. I asked for room change and the staff proceeded it smoothly. Thanks again! Rooms we good, clean with nice view on Apennine Mountains. Breakfast is typically Italian, with a lot of croisants. I am not personally amazed by this, but it was OK and I noticed that other guests were happy. Again, the staff in the hotel restaurant was attentive.

    The hosts were very very nice.

    The hosts were very very nice. The house was just perfect, big house, clean and tidy, warm and they even did a fireplace for us, perfect after a mountain trip. Everytime I will go to the mountain for sure I will come back here
