Our stay was truly outstanding. Matteo & Francesco were our main points of contact and incredibly helpful throughout, but what made the experience unforgettable was the warmth of his entire family. His father was especially kind to my 3-year-old son, showing him his tractors, which absolutely delighted him! His mother also looked after us with genuine care, making us feel completely at home. The hospitality was beyond expectations. We were welcome to use the swimming pool at any time we liked, and when we asked for nearby places to buy food for our little one, they generously offered their own. Every member of the household was wonderful, thoughtful, accommodating, and genuinely lovely. We felt not just hosted but truly cared for. Highly recommended for families looking for a peaceful and heartwarming experience. A big plus for pet lovers as well they have 3 little cats which we adore.

The Apartment is brand new--spotless--and extremely well-designed and comfortable. The bed was one of the very best I have slept on here in Italy (many are not great at all--this one was very nice.) It is quiet. The bathroom is gorgeous--truly sleek, chic and beautiful. Well-designed. Very nice linens and towels. Heating and air conditioning are brand new and you get to control them easily! Everything was extremely new and nice.

This is a wonderful stay for pilgrims on the Via di Francesco. Very cosy and comfortable apartment, good quality and impeccably clean linen, comfy beds and pillows, efficient kitchen, plenty of hot water and a modern mini-split heating/cooling system! The host, Alessendro, is exceptionally kind and attentive. He personally greeted us and carried our suitcases upstairs. Highly recommended!

A beautiful, spacious apartment right on the cutest little town square – we felt immediately at home. Everything was super clean and the style of the place is that timeless, understated Italian elegance you just can’t fake. The apartment stays pleasantly cool even on hot days, and the balcony offers a lovely view. There’s plenty of room to spread out, parking nearby, and the whole place feels very authentic – a perfect mix of charm and comfort. We were really happy here and would absolutely come back!
