Did not know what expect...photos are only photos.. but this was upon arrival already a stunning moving painting. Great welcome by Gabriella (receptionist) and checked us in and offered us a free cold drink. The boutique hotel has been taken care of till the smallest details. They have in total 26 room and 6 different varities of rooms. So 26/6 is their credo. Family namecard hanging in the tree that welcomes you upon entry. Also on the breakfast table your name will be visible. The personal touch in this hotel is so good we hardly experienced it somewhere else before. Nothing is a problem, they will bring your drinks at the pool, free e-mountainbikes, free public transport card, great wifi everywhere.. just too much too mention. we will return and I will not write more happy stories otherwise I will not be able to book my room again because it is fully booked. :-)

The hotel was amazing and the facilities really made our break! The pools and park for the children was a big hit with our daughter, and the adults only areas and sauna etc a big hit with us adults! The apartment was clean and well equipped and very modern. The hosts were so accommodating, and friendly and was always on hand to help with any questions we had. Nalles is beautiful and in a lovely location for walking and bike riding (the free bikes were a lovely surprise - the river ride was great!) and in close proximity to Merano and bolzano on a train if you wanted the access to a bigger town. The station is well connected with buses so we found it easy to get around with no car. It was a fabulous stay!

A nice, clean, comfortable room with a soft bed and useful appliances (in the room or on the same floor). Great host, welcoming and friendly, helped me with a few little requests no problem. I could store my bicycle safely in a secure garage. Beautiful garden, a great place to rest after a whole day of cycling. Breakfast was beyond excellent for a very affordable price - well worth it!

Exceptional family run hotel, with great facilities and plenty of parking under sun shade canopy. The family hosts (particularly the two daughters) spoke great English and went out of their way to help us and make us feel so very welcome. This was by far the best hotel we have stayed in during our road trip across France, Switzerland and Italy.

    Our room had a large sun terrace overlooking the valley and incredible vineyards and mountain views. Terrace had sun loungers which can be used in good weather (We had rainy weather :() Furnishings in hotel are a bit old, but very well kept. It also has a nice indoor pool area, and sauna which was particularly nice in the bad weather we had during our stay. In summer, one can make use of the outdoor pool. Food for both breakfast and dinner was of very good levels.

    I was passing through and came across this accommodation near Bolzano and booked straight away and don't regret it. It's not a luxury hotel but an educational institution but that wasn't a problem for me because I needed a bed for the night. A 20 minute drive from the beautiful town of Bolzano. Clean! Affordable, quiet and a small breakfast included!

    The room was good with all the basic required amenities, the host was very warm and welcoming, and the overall hotel vibe was good. As my flight got 8 hours delayed owner was considerate enough to allow me to check in late in the night and I'm thankful to him for that.
