The place is located in a nice town called Noci. A quiet and calm town where you can have a good rest while visiting nearby towns like Arbellobello (15 mins) Locorotondo (30 mins) or Monopoli (30 mins). We took one of the suites, which has a modern furnitures with exceptionally cleanliness. On top of this, all the staff (Lorenzo and ladies at the bar, restaurant) is extremely helpful and friendly. You just feel good when you are in this hotel.

This is the second year I've travelled through Puglia on bikes with my family. Once again, we stayed at the beautiful Relais Santa Rosa, where the owner family gave us a warm welcome. The Santa Rosa is a beautiful, renovated palazzo in the middle of the historic town centre of Noci. The rooms are impressively designed and have high ceilings. Quiet, cool nights await guests. Coffee table books are laid out in the lobby and reception. The breakfast buffet is extensive. I can only say again: thank you very much, also for the fact that we were able to store our bicycles again. There is much more to mention, such as the kindness of the owners in giving me a book and sending it home to me. Thank you for that and see you again next year!

I stayed here for more than 2 weeks and I enjoyed the hospitality and kindness of the family that runs the hotel. Good kitchen, I loved the meals I had there. Slept very well. The room was silent, dark and cool at night, the bed exactly right for me. They were very flexible and happy to cater my breakfast and dinner wishes.

Rooms were massive. Bed very comfortable. Beautiful setting/surrounding. Location wise fantastic - great place to base yourself when exploring the wider area/region. ~1h drive through beautiful countryside max from most places you want to visit. Noci is great as its not so touristy - so really authentic and not charging you tourist/London prices! The host Anna was amazing - she makes you feel like you are "home"! Highly recommend - was sad to leave!

Fantastic apartment, clean, beautiful design, and excellent amenities. The host and staff were absolutely lovely, warm, and helpful with every need (we had a small problem with the car and they came to help us immediately, amazing). The accommodation is located in the very center, close to restaurants and shops. Breakfast is available right next door, and the staff are very friendly and charming. Everything was absolutely beyond our expectations - we highly recommend it!

Beautiful, quiet, and super clean place surrounded by nature. The master room with jacuzzi was perfect. Great pool, excellent breakfast with lactose-free options. Only 25 min to the beach and 10–20 min to local restaurants. Felt completely safe. Pasquale and Tatiana are great hosts. We’ll definitely be back!

Noci is a town without much tourist appeal, but it's very well located for exploring Puglia. Major cities like Alberobello, Polignano, Monopoli, Ostuni, and Matera are all less than an hour's drive away. Parking in town is usually paid. Shops close between 1:30 PM and 5:00 PM.

Good location for visiting the most touristic surroundings, close to Bari airport, small and quiet with easy parking, a good place to eat, excellent value for money and very professional staff, the Esfri pizza in Piazza Garibaldi.

Everything met my expectations.

Everything met my expectations. The vacation home was very nice, clean, and welcoming, equipped with every comfort. We visited several towns in the Itria Valley and ate in Noci and other places. Getting around was very easy.

In recent years, the town center has become increasingly well-maintained and the people are friendly. Cultural activities, festivals, and evenings are held, mainly in August and September, the period of the patron saint's day. The town center is close to other beautiful cities worth visiting.

We absolutely loved the premises. The guest house is very comfortable, beautifully arranged, new, clean and well equipped. The true addition to the amazing experience we had as a family of 4 were the owners of this property. Tina is super considerate, provides highest level of hospitality, brings home made sweet breakfast every morning which you can enjoy sitting outside with a lovely field view. We were truly impressed by this place and highly recommend to everyone willing to spend relaxing days in Puglia.

Very clean and comfortable, and the hosts was very helpful with suggestions on what locations to visit (in addition to Alberobello). We were served a traditional Italian breakfast every morning, that our host had bougth to us in a local shop in Noci. Relaxing environment with lots of attractions within 30min drive.
