Deciding to spend the weekend in Nus was very random, we knew we wanted to go somewhere near Fénis, and Nus seemed small and beautiful, so we booked there! The town of Nus is peaceful with a handful of restaurants and a Carrefour for groceries. There's enough dishes/appliances to cook basic meals. Great view of the mountains from the bedroom in the morning :) Parking right outside the door was usually available, or there's a free car park only a few steps away.Guest review byDominicSerbia

We stayed three full days, staying in Nus one day, going to Aosta one day (The local train station is an easy walk away and trains are reasonably frequent and cheap - much better than driving and finding a parking place) and travelling to the Cogne area on the third day. On top of that, the buildings are beautifully renovated with a gorgeous courtyard inviting you to have some rest in the peaceful atmosphere. The restaurant at the hotel serves delicious food and local wine - a real treat. Overall very, very impressive - definitely worth visiting.
