Very easy to check in. Nina explained everything using a translation app and was very straightforward. The bathroom was new with a strong shower and the Air conditioning in the room meant we had a good nights sleep. It is located next to a forest which was super for walking the 2 dogs. The breakfast was also pre-organised by Nina so we were quite independent and there was a good selection of bread, eggs, croissants and yogurt.

    The location is convenient for those needing to get to the airport. The rooms are both massive and clean, providing a comfortable and pleasant stay. The staff were extremely accommodating and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We were pleased with the variety and quality of the continental breakfast options available, as well as the ample parking space provided.     The location was excellent. Near the airport and 5 minutes drive to Arona center. The hotel management were all very professional and kind with us. We were 6 people with 3 rooms. The hotel and rooms were very clean and tidy. Breakfast was excellent. Hotel with interconnected garage. Thank you 😊
