But you can be sure that You understand each other :). really clean place, comfortable bed. place is closed and Safety for children and Owner like children. Is really good place to stay there for a motocross ottobiano. place have own closed FREe parking with monitoring really safety for van with motorcycle.

The owners does a fantastic job making sure we have everything we need and that we enjoy our stay, they pay a lot of attention. I have not see that even in 4 stars hotel. The parking is very convenient with a remote control for 24h7 access. Enough room for cars and van. Great breakfast. The room is confortable with everything i needed, fridge, desk, closet...

great location for walking the via francigena - right on the route. very pleasant host, made us feel most welcome. great room, nice to have breakfast included.

This is a two floor house with everything you might need. Has two bathrooms and a dedicated area in the garden for parking your car. It was beautifully decorated and everything was clean. The weather was not exactly warm when we stayed but the upper rooms have dedicated ACs, which I believe could be quite useful during hot summer days. We were quite satisfied with out stay. There was even a small surprise in the kitchen for our kids :)
