Definitely the staff. The lady in the reception was so kind, helpful and fluent in english. We went early at the hotel after a night of flight and she prepared a room for us to get a sleep right away. The facilities were very good but location is outstanding. Only couple of hundreds of meters from the outlet in Noventa, the hotel met my requirements fully

I stayed here to go to After Capocile, and I was blown away by how kind the staff were. Even though I checked in at midnight, they welcomed me warmly and quickly arranged a taxi. The place was clean, comfortable, and there’s even a supermarket nearby. When I asked for a taxi to the station on my way back, the front desk staff, Salvatore, actually drove me there himself—so kind! This is the first time I’ve ever been so moved by a hotel stay. definitely I’ll back this hotel!!!!!perfect!10/10!!
