The landscape with its vineyards, small villages, and Lake Iseo is magnificent! We loved hearing the church bells, enjoyed the excellent restaurants, and bought lots of local products (the wines!! the cheeses!! ..)

Passirano is a charming, quiet village with a beautiful...

Passirano is a charming, quiet village with a beautiful castle, though we could only see it from the outside. It's a good starting point for exploring the surrounding area and heading to Lake Iseo. An unpaved bike path (at least near Passirano) passes by the castle and goes all the way to Brescia. There's an excellent bakery in the center.
