Such a paradise! Beautiful rooms in a beautiful estate, amazing swimming pool with a view on Etna, delicious breakfast and dinner… and above all Francesco and his wive are so kind, helpful and welcoming! The location is great to visit Catania & Etna. We’ll definitely come back!

We decided to stay at the new holiday home 'le tre scimmiette chic' because last year I had a lovely time at the original 'le tre scimmiette', and had met Alessio, the very kind and helpful host. The apartment 'Le tre scimmiette chic' is just below 'Le tre scimmiette' and so has all the advantages of the location – view of the magnificent Mt. Etna, easy parking, Lidl supermarket across the road and great bars and restaurants nearby. 'Le tre scimmiette chic' certainly lives up to its name. It is tastefully decorated with new fixtures and fittings and some very original mural designs. It has wifi and air-conditioning. It’s a great location for families who want to go to Etnaland, the biggest and best theme and water park in the south of Italy (7.3 kilometres away) or for ‘culture vultures’ who want to explore the historic hill of Paternò and other interesting towns on the slopes of Mt. Etna. Not to mention the glorious Mt. Etna itself! It is just half an hour’s drive to Catania with its ancient Greek and Roman ruins and Baroque architecture. Thanks once again to Alessio. We will be back!

We went to Sicily the day after the volcano erupted. We had a beautiful view of mount etna. We had plenty of sunshine. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Will definitely book this apartment again. :)

    We were just there for one night, and we enjoyed ourselves.

    We were just there for one night, and we enjoyed ourselves. Things close down on Sundays, so we were unable to go into the palace. We did find restaurants that opened later, after Sunday masses. There are many beautiful cathedrals in Paterno.

    There are amazing views of MT. Etna and the mountains.

    There are amazing views of MT. Etna and the mountains. The historic hill with the Norman castle is worth a visit and so is the cathedral of Santa Barbara. Delcious cakes in the bars! It is close to Etnaland, a fantastic theme park.

    We stayed here because we needed a hotel after our flight was cancelled at Catania airport. Francisco was truly amazing, he couldn't do enough for us, greeting us at the gate, drinks, ice creams, fruit all brought by him during astoundingly hot weather. He and Angela made the most incredible meal for us on our first night with some of the best Sicilian food I have ever sampled. They made our stay truly memorable and we can't wait to go back. I cannot stress how amazing our stay was thanks to Francesco and Angela

    I saw a lot of bad reviews about this accommodation, now I know why! This is not a 5 star hotel, this is camper site. We have rented a camper with out wheels not a hotel room. The rooms are comfortable, with a kitchinett, toilets, showers, Ac and beds. The pool is amazing. It is a family business and the people are super friendly and helpful. It is very very close to etnaland like 2min by car. I suggest it 💯% if you are looking for something different from a hotel 👍👍

    Upon arrival, I was welcomed by Francesca and Salvo, who were very hospitable and available when necessary. They speak great English as well. The property is very spacious with a beautiful view of the Sicilian landscape. The house was very clean and equipped with everything necessary. Paternò is a great area and close to many popular neighboring cities. Highly recommend this B & B!

    The hosts Francesco & Angela are superb. The place is so relaxing. We used to dine at the place, and the food is amazing. Breakfast is abundant..Big thanks to the people who used to clean the room and cook for us. We will never forget this experience of our 3 nights in Paterno. Close to etnaland and sicilia outlet village in agira.
