All of Peccioli's attractions are within walking distance of the apartment, which is ideal as there is so much to see! It was very comfortable and was usually a pleasant temperature without needing to switch on the air conditioning. Plenty of towels and a change of bed linen were provided which was appreciated. The owners were very helpful and responded quickly to any requests for information or help. The residents in the neighbouring apartments were friendly and after just a few days we started to feel quite at home!

Fabulous little apartment, in great quiet location of the very interesting, attractive town of Peccioli. The apartment has a lovely view looking north west towards Pisa, with a floor-to-ceiling open window / door where you can sit and watch the swifts diving about the church tower opposite (in the summer of course). Giorgio the owner met us and despite not speaking English or us not speaking Italian, he explained everything we needed to know easily, and in a super friendly welcoming way. The apartment has several nice touches - iPad for Spotify music, Alexa to control the lights, a selection of wines to purchase on a wine rack on the wall, a bar of chocolate, some Italian sweets, toiletries and a Lavazzo coffee pod machine with plenty of pods that lasted all week. Despite there being a sofa bed, the bed was extremely comfortable and my partner and I slept well. There was no noise outside, the air conditioning worked well and was so quiet you couldn't hear it at all. All in all, a fabulous little place in the heart of Peccioli, a Tuscan village that is trying to make its mark through its outdoor contemporary art, progressive mayor, innovative electric car transport scheme and most of all, very friendly local people who made us feel very welcome - especially Giorgio. Beautiful place at the heart of Tuscany and within easy driving distance from all major attractions, from San Gimignano, Firenze, Siena, Volterra, and many other small towns and villages ... I have been visiting Tuscany for several years now, and I found this property as one of the most beautiful and cozy, especially if you travel for work, this place is fantastic for the rest at the magical countryside cultivated for centuries by olive trees, cypress, vineyards and green hills ... Not isolated, but very privat and silent. Just around the corner from beautiful little town Peccioli, just across the hill from Vinci, a birth place of Leonardo da VInci. Very nice for couples, friends, families, and small groups ... very friendly host ... excellent restaurant and cuisine, one of the best in the area ... and sure, with great vine Magma from their vinery.

The stay in Alessandra's accommodation was simply exceptional. We fell in love with this house at first sight. It is a completely new and tastefully decorated house. Its decoration is beautiful in every small detail, as if it was decorated by a professional interior decorator. The quality of all items and accessories is at the highest level. The house is very comfortable and equipped with everything you need and even more. An additional advantage is the spa, with a sauna and jacuzzi. Alessandra is an excellent hostess and the contact with her was also very good. We loved the whole stay, which became even more wonderful thanks to staying in this beautiful house. We had a wonderful stay in this apartment in Peccioli. The place is truly amazing. Very modern, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need: air conditioning, a dishwasher, all the necessary kitchenware and more. The large terrace was a real highlight, perfect to relax and enjoy the view. The location in the historic center of Peccioli was excellent. Lovely bars and cafés just around the corner, and very convenient parking nearby. Luigi and his wife were incredibly kind and welcoming. Communication and check-in went smoothly, and everything was perfectly organized. We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back. Highly recommended! Just to note: the apartment is located on the upper floor, so you should be comfortable with climbing some few stairs. But it’s absolutely worth it for the beautiful rooftop terrace.

Peccioli itself is a sweet but tiny village about 30 mins from big hitting Volterra and San Gimignano as well as Montaione. Whilst it isn't close to many other towns, the accomodation itself is very relaxing and the owners can supply you with all meals as well as the option to wash your clothes there. The views of Tuscany are also lovely from here. Great for a relaxing break in the region of Volterra.

Lovely little village enriched by modern art installations. The view of the hills from the panoramic terrace is breathtaking. If you have a car, that's the perfect starting point to explore Valdera and its surroundings.

Peccioli is full of beautiful corners, ancient and modern, intertwined and offering unique experiences. The locals are friendly, and the Terrazza bar is a must-try for its friendly service and panoramic views. The archaeological museum and the town's various art installations are also worth a visit.

Peccioli is a very welcoming town, where every corner is a surprise. There are several works of art scattered throughout the town, as well as various structures offering beautiful views of the Tuscan hills. It's an excellent starting point for visiting cities like Pisa and Lucca, and towns like Volterra and San Gimignano.

Beautiful little house with view over the valley among the olive trees in the nicely illuminated garden. Everything we needed was available and a warm welcome. Peccioli is also a great village to stay; Beautiful, size, nice restaurants and of course the art all over the village. Surrounded bythe Tuscan hills. We really liked the stay and the place.

The hotel is is a god position for visiting Peccioli and surround borghi. The hotel appears to have been recently remodeled and everything is new and very clean. The room we was comfortable at 18 square meters. The bed was very comfortable.
