The room was clean and spacious. We received a larger room than we initially booked due to the low season, giving us a small living room, a comfortable bedroom, and a big bathroom. The property itself is large, with plenty of greenery, a small pool, and lots of open space. The food was perfect! Luca is a wonderful chef and an amazing person.

Lovely property in the hills, with extremely welcoming hosts who went out of their way to make our (short) stay as enjoyable as possible. Hotel is in a very small town, but has a supermarket and bar! Pool was lovely to cool down on a hot day.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The hosts were welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. The location is very convenient — it’s easy to reach all the main attractions. The room was spacious, bright, and perfectly clean. The beautiful, well-maintained grounds and the great pool were a real highlight — it was a pleasure to relax and spend time there. The view from our third floor bedroom was stunning as it stretched all the way to the lake. We travelled with our dog, who enjoyed running around the expansive grounds. The hotel was rustic in style, charming, and spotlessly clean. Plenty of nice places to sit, both inside and out. Dinner in the restaurant overlooking the grounds was lovely, well cooked food served in an intimate setting.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent service from reception/bar, breakfast, bicycle rental. Rooms were nice, and spacious, decor needs a little updating but everything was clean. It was a walk away from the train and also the castle. Although the hotel helped get us to the train station in the heat of the day. Overall a really pleasant experience for the little time we stayed there.
