Spectacular location and atmosphere. Our bedroom window looked out over the iconic Tuscan countryside; like a stunning painting. The entire property is world class. Very beautifully maintained and laid out. Valentina who owns the property with her parents, runs the restaurant and does a spectacular job. Meeting and spending time with her, was an additional highlight for us. She is fantastic! Bubbly, kind, and truly committed to creating the best possible experience for her guests. During breakfast we sat near a young family who had just arrived to spend a two week holiday at Tenuta Risalpiano. This was their second or third stay at the property. When Valentina first arrived, it was a like a beautiful family reunion. Lots of hugs and kisses, and they had brought gifts for Valentina. I would imagine what they have created at this agriturismo, is what many owners would hope for, but are unable to create as completely as Valentina has so successfully done. Brava! We will be back.

Adriano, the host, is always available, attentive, considerate, and helpful with anything you need... The apartment is in a perfect location!! Just 5 minutes from the train station. I couldn't have wished for a better place to end my vacation in Tuscany. Francesco and his family's hospitality was exceptional, and the accommodation itself was simply wonderful. I received tips for restaurants and cafés in Pontassieve, as well as recommendations to take the train to Florence instead of driving my rental car, and I was even allowed to pick fruit and vegetables from the garden. Thank you again for everything.

We spent three days at Casa Flavia and felt completely at home. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the renovation and the architect’s thoughtful choices. The apartment is truly family-friendly: fully equipped with all necessary appliances, and even European plug adapters were waiting on the shelf. You can arrive with a suitcase and live comfortably for a day, a week, or a month—there is absolutely nothing lacking here. The coffee machine capsules were also very tasty. Highly recommended.
