Beautiful property, great location, and amazing room. This property is absolutely amazing, and every detail was thoughtful and beautiful. Only a 15-minute walk to Assisi, although uphill the entire city is a hill so that's to be expected. The restaurant on the property is also amazing.

The hotel is situated in a quiet area of the town but on the other hand we could go out for sightseeing and having dinner in this part of the town. We chose this hotel because it had a parking area and good evaluation of customers. We also found the breakfast good. Personal very attentive and kind. The rooms were clean and cozy.

Clean room, friendly staff, family atmosphere. We used this hotel for our trip base around Umbria, Toscana and Marche. It was the best choice we have ever made on Booking.com. We greatly recommend this hotel to all who travel to Umbria and want to discover this part of Italy. Just below Assisi it makes this hotel an excelent choice for all who want to see the origins of St.Francis. Also, when we decided to take a one day trip to Rome by train, hotel staff prepared us the food for the trip. We have never felt more at home as we did in this hotel. Definately will come back!
