The food that was provided was exceptional and Lisa's Cannoli's was the best we had in Sicily. Fridge was well stocked with juices, coffee even a Espresso machine, which we used daily. It is a great area for a holiday, with all the shops and stunning restaurant's just a walk away. From the first morning we felt right at home. The house is fully equipped with everything you need. Lisa is a extremely stunning hostess and answered all our queries and questions promptly. She also kept in touch regularly to ensure we had everything we needed, even before we arrived. That said, the property is very private and has balconies with the best views, one of Mount Etna. I would highly recommend the accommodation to anyone, business or pleasure. A really very special thanks to Lisa for making our dream holiday come true.

We had such a lovely stay! The house is close to etna, Taormina etc. So much to see and do. The house has a big garden and a view of the etna and the ocean. Stunning! Pina was such a Lovely host. She told us everything we needed to know and gave so many tips. Thank you Pina for the wonderful stay!

We booked last minute and everything was perfect! The location, the tranquility and the owners were great. The room had everything we needed and we even got to buy some very local red wine and olive oil. Absolute perfect, highly recommend it!

Lovely property on beautiful grounds in the lush foothills of Mt. Etna. The 2 bedroom house we stayed in exceeded our expectations. Simple yet stylishly furnished; fully-equipped kitchen. Supermarket 5 minutes away. Good Wifi. The property is gated so feels very safe. Best of all was 'Wally' - the sweetest, most affectionate dog ever. She actually greets you with a smile!!

    Liked the location, near amenities with plernty of free parking, also easy to exit town and head for the countryside.. Our host, Nino, was very helpful. The place could have done with a kettle and a bread knife which weren't supplied. Overall it was excelent value for money.

    If you are looking for a discreet and clean location,...

    If you are looking for a discreet and clean location, Piemonte Etneo is perfect! An important thing to know is that you will have to rent a car from the airport because there are no buses or trains in that area and taxis are expensive! The nearest beach is a 15-minute drive away and Mount Edna is about an hour away!

    Is easy to admire the paths and efforts of a lifetime in every detail, but the countryside, next to the oldest houses, remains almost untouched. Some towns are well preserved, and the magic of the Etna village overlooking the Mediterranean makes the entire place worth the visit.

    We had a lovely relaxing holiday at villa melany. The garden and pool were just beautiful. The house is charming and cosy. The village of piedimonte Etneo is very nice with some lovely shops and cafes. Angelo the host is very kind and helpful. Thank you for all your help and information. Paul the friendly dog made us feel at home.

    We loved our stay. Immaculate grounds, nice decor in the hotel and room, very big room. Very friendly staff. Good open views of the surroundings and ocean. Breakfast was also very good. Short driving distance to Taormina. And last but not least, the food at the restaurant was amazing.

    Breakfast was basic but good enough with good value for money. May we suggest that the hotel introduces some variety so that it is not exactly the same each day? Location and environment are very nice, with lovely country views from rooms' windows.
