Very clean, comfortable, warm welcome, helpful. Bed comfortable, selection of teas/coffee, fruit juice, thoughtful details. A few minutes walk from the railway station with regular trains to Pescara. Lots of lovely restaurants and cafes, really everything was good.

The hotel is located near the pines and it offers easy acces to the beach. A walking distance from hotel to the train station. The room was a little small but very clean. The breakfast and the coffee were great. Daily cleaning. Near hotel there was a supermarket, gelato , pharmacy and some restaurants etc

The hotel is located on a perfect spot between the city and beach. The room and hotel were clean. My stay was very relaxing because of the kind staff and great facilities. The private beach was comfortable and very close to the hotel. I will definitely come back to this hotel on my next trip to Pineto.

    Pineto I love, it is peaceful, flat to walk around, with plenty of bars and restaurants. Bar Mary is friendly and excellent value for money. Live music from three guys on a Saturday night at a venue on the opposite side from Prestige Apartments. Very talented guys. Great street Market on a Saturday morning. Used to be a Friday evening. Beach is always clean. Been coming for a long time now.

    A wonderful beach town.

    A wonderful beach town. Many restaurants and necessary amenities. Pineto has a family friendly atmosphere and the main boulevard is closed to traffic in the evenings so pedestrians can safely enjoy the nightlife. Pineto is a great $$ value.

    We were here at the beginning of the Season, just perfect

    We were here at the beginning of the Season, just perfect Lots of coffee bars etc. A lovely fish restaurant Pescado. No menu, that was available on an app which we don't have. However, we managed to order and the food was excellent. More people bringing dogs, some well behaved, others quite yappy!

    Pineto is a lovely Italian town .

    Pineto is a lovely Italian town . The beach is wonderful, backed by pine trees. There is a high speed rail line between the town and beach, so to access the beach it is necessary to find the tunnels which go under the rail line. Restaurants were good , a real mix of casual up to Michelin recommended We hired a car at the airport so could visit many attractions of the area including the trabbochi and Sulmona, the home of sugared almonds or confetti as the Italians call it

    Small town feel with convenience of restaurants around the area ,Gelateria, markets during the weekends ,can stroll during the night safely.And of course the beach is really beautiful and doesn’t have crowds with a lot of tourists.

    The location is good, very close to the beaches (you can get...

    The location is good, very close to the beaches (you can get an umbrella and 2 chairs for 10€/day at the Capana beach https://mapy.cz/s/hukodagocu) or even closer there is the free public beach. The railroad is very close and the trains cause loud noise, but it is only very short and not too busy - in a few days one can get used to it. The pine grove is perfect - very pleasant to rest in during a hot day. The main street Viale Gabriele d'Annunzio becomes a pedestrian zone after 21:00 for a pleasant walk with ice cream. The Schiuma restaurant provided delicious pinsa (pizza) and the Vecchio Frantoio offered perfect sea food, all in a local non-touristic style.

    The food was amazing, local, freshly made. The whole staff - and especially in the kitchen/restaurant -were sweet, helpful, cheerful, always knowing the guests. The beach was splendid, largely clean, sandy with some pebbles. The depth of the water is perfect both for children and swimmers. There were a looot of shells to collect, even special ones. The pool is not large, but enough. The rooms were ok, not amazing, but clean, very comfortable beds, a bit small space, but we did not spend too much time in the hotel.

    Eddy is very friendly and easy-going, and really helped us out, like bringing us umbrellas when it started to rain. It's a tiny little house, but well-planned, and everything functions very well. Great bed, nice shower, silent air-con, well-equipped kitchen. Just one block off Pineto's little main street, two blocks from the beach, but very calm and private.

    I did not have breakfast in the hotel so I cannot comment on the quality. The staff were friendly and helpful. I think the entrance to the hotel is lovely, the garden is very well set out and appealing for guests to relax and enjoy. The room was clean and comfortable and in particular the bed. The location is excellent in every way.

    Friendly staff, the hotel is well located near the beach. There is a train station nearby and the freight trains also run at night. So book a room without a sea view, which is almost non-existent due to the pine forest. The breakfast is tasty and varied

    Visited for a couple of days to go around Abruzzo with some friends. A very nice stay in the middle of rolling farmland. Comfortable, clean and with all facilities. The included breakfast was hearty and with many options!
