We literally liked everything.. the house is built at a very high standard, the effort which the owners invest to make their customers happy is unbelievable. The property exceeded our expectations! Rooms are very well equipped with everything you may need, immaculately clean, breakfast is 👌! The swimming pool, kids area, huge balconies with nice soft furnitures, coffee machine in the dining area,…all those little details can make the real difference. Communication from the beginning to the end of our stay was perfect. The owners recommendations about the local restaurants and even places to buy a home made Italian cheese are highly appreciated! 🥰 Very good location, close to the sea and to the mountains at the same time… it’s such a tranquil place. This place can fulfil any customer expectation in any aspect! Thank you very much for our perfect stay!

Perfect location in a beautiful surroundings. Villa looks very majestic. Our room was very spacious and very clean. The staff is very hospitable, polite and professional. There is a large garden with a terrace, where you can enjoy in a superb breakfast or dinner and watch the sea or take a swim in a private pool. If you are in a mood for burning some calories instead of swimming you can go to a fitness. The Villa also has a large private parking. Our stay there was very short but definitely very, very sweet.

Everything was great. We were two families traveling together and it exceeded our expectations. All the staff is attentive, very friendly, polite, and professional. The rooms are spacious enough and absolutely clean. The location it's very nice, too. The promenade with separated bike lanes in front of the hotel is perfect for evening walks or cycling trips. The beach is very close, 1 minute walk and for Italian "lido" it was not overcrowded and the sea was clean given this area and amount of people. Last but not last, special mention deserves the restaurant, the meals were excellent, I mean really really excellent. This hotel for some reasons describes itself as 3-star, but in my views it is a high quality 4-star hotel.

First of all it was about 12 minutes from the train station, very easy to access.Upon our late arrival,we met a lady whom i believe is the owner and she was very accommodating and warm from the get go,easy check in. Very clean place(this part had me the happiest because who doesn't like clean environments).Later went downstairs,from the lady we got recommendations of restaurants which we tried out and they were excellent.The breakfast was amazing too,by the pool.The highlight of my stay has to be today morning, had an early check out to catch a train to the next destination,7.30 am .I found the lady owner at the reception. She asked about our stay which i said,excellent. I went on to say,we need to run along,she went out of her way to pack some biscuits,pack of sweets for me and cakes,some apples even wanted to offer us take away coffee.What a motherly gesture,i felt like i was home really appreciated the kindness. one more thing the cleaning lady,who cleaned our room please give her a raise,her order,precision and dedication to her work,she wowed me by how newt was our room was upon cleaning.

This exceptional mansion / boutique hotel is in fact a restored 17th century farm, with a gorgeous garden. The hosts, D'Angelo family, owns also L'Ancora (since 1977), a seafood restaurant in Giulianova, and is actively involved in running the hotel and restaurants. During our stay we were lucky to be the sole clients, so Gianpiero and Gianpaolo have pampered us beyond words. For the restoration, Gianpiero employed the services of Castiglia Associati (we are huge fans of Sergio Castiglia) and together have refined and imprinted a balanced and clean but yet luxurious style to the ensemble. From the restaurant menu, using local bio produce, with Chef Eugenio 'Genia' for dinner or Gianpaolo D'Angelo for breakfast to the comfortable ambiance of the rooms - Rivolta Carmignani bed linen, Dorelan mattress and high-end design the effect is spectacularly cozy. The actual feeling is that you never left home. We recommend also L'Ancora restaurant, even if you don't eat seafood, because Gianpiero and his family will cook some signature dishes especially for you. We can't wait to return here!

    The property was beautifully renovated and the rooms were good quality and beautifully decorated. The property location was in the hills and was 15 minutes from the beach. Everything about the property was exceptional. My only suggestion for future travellers is that they would need a car to access this property.
