The staff would bring a fresh, delicious meal straight to our suite, then discreetly return later to clear away the table—allowing us to savor our morning in total comfort. This level of personalized service truly underscored how dedicated the team is to making every guest feel pampered. The spa facilities were equally impressive. Between the calming atmosphere, modern amenities, and a variety of rejuvenating treatments, it was easy to spend hours unwinding and recharging. Whether you’re taking a quick dip in the pool or enjoying a moment in the sauna, you’re never far from those spectacular lake views. The location is fantastic, very comfy and clean hotel. The rooms are big and clean, everything works. The staff is amiable and helpful. The breakfast is awesome. The receptionist called me a taxi when needed. The value for money is excellent. Strongly recommended!!!

We loved pretty much everything about this hotel. The location was perfect, with a private, not crowded beach in Lugano Lake, two swimming pools that were perfectly clean and well-prepared for the guests, and great service and food. I think it was also great value for money

Lovely place in beuatiful area. The owner was very helpful and provided us with suggestions for activities. Great view from balcony, well equipped kitchen. Place seems to be new and was very clean. We enjoyed the beach in Porlezza only few minutes by car

Location is good, around 6-minute-walk into the lake but not situated in the noisy camping area. The equipment in the apartment is sufficient for a week stay. Lightness in the apartment is satisfactory. The apartment is tidy. The landlord is very attentive and friendly. Porlezza is more comfortable to stay than Como in summer due to relatively less tourists on weekdays. And Patra House makes it attractive too.

Wonderful village on the lake with lots of culture and history. The promenade is wonderful day and night. The walk along the river and the playground were highlights for my family. We loved the old town and the beautiful churches. We will be coming back!

Porlezza was a quiet and very relaxing place to stay.

Porlezza was a quiet and very relaxing place to stay. We enjoyed shopping at the local butchers and grocery stores as we cook a lot. The city is very easy to navigate and has a beautiful lakeside location. The locals were quite helpful and mostly friendly.

An idyllic little town.

An idyllic little town. A lovely lakeside promenade with stunning views of the mountains and the lake. Porlezza has everything you need, including shops. The market on the promenade is very nice.

There are plenty of things to do here!

There are plenty of things to do here! I would recommend everyone walk the old road through the tunnels, ideally from the restaurant Il Ritrovo to Porlezza. Or take a ferry to Varenna.

It's a shame that the Porto Letizia complex hasn't been...

It's a shame that the Porto Letizia complex hasn't been finished for years; we've stayed there several times and every year we thought they were continuing work on the half-finished houses. A renovation would be a good idea... but we still like it there.

Porlezza is a little gem.

Porlezza is a little gem. Excellent location, a breezy lakeside promenade, markets, and charming independent shops. It's worth a visit if you're looking for tranquility and quality of life. Menaggio is just a few kilometers away if you're looking for a bit of "chaos."

Very good breakfast . Comfortable room and bed. Clean. Toiletries, big bathroom. Parking place on site. Will definitely return back. Booked for one night, then stayed 5 nights.

Good location next to the lake and close to Lugano and Como. Restaurant food and staff were great. Superior Bungalow is exactly as advertised, we really liked both the inside and outside. Parking was next to the bungalow, plenty of space.
