Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We asked for an extra duvet as the one supplied was too small for us. We immediately got it. Location was superb. Views for a central city hotel were outstanding.

What an amazing hotel really enjoyed our 2 nights stay at Fiume !! Rather I would say it a luxury home hotel because it gave us a home feeling All the staff were so much care loving !! Just loved the family feel about the place in contrast to the big chains. The staff were OUTSTANDING - Alessandra and Lara could not have been more helpful. Breakfast was soo-oo good. The bar was happy to knock us up a snack at anytime. We were so impressed after our first stay on our way to Sicily, we booked back in again a second time on our way back.

we were contacted before arrival and an airport shuttle was organized. we didn't have to worry about anything. the staff tried to read the guests' wishes from their eyes. we were advised on visits and tickets were obtained if there was a concern. we were even able to purchase room decorations that my wife particularly liked. The 24-hour service works wonderfully and all requests for food and drinks are fulfilled. the view over rome is unique. We will definitely be back and can recommend the hotel to everyone. you have the feeling of staying with very good friends. Many thanks again to the whole team. we are looking forward to our next stay. best regards, iris and peter
