It was very clean and beds were comfortable. The air-conditioning in my room worked well making it comfortable. Pool was fantastic during hot days but water could be a bit cleaner. Staff were very friendly and helpful with queries. There is public bus transport to/from Siena (you need to download an app) otherwise taxis are affordable.
