The staff were incredibly welcoming, our room was very cold when we arrived and when we asked for heating they went out of their way to make sure they turn the heat on, despite it being early October. We were surprised by the pizzeria - the pizza was delicious! Breakfast was rich, lots of sweet and savory options, nothing extraordinary but everything you might need. We had the nicest room with a view over the courtyard. The hotel's two restaurants served the most delicious food and the most delicious wines. The pool area was outstanding. Lots of space for the many visitors from outside. The hotel always has sunbeds ready in the first row for overnight guests and we were able to sneak around the queue. Absolutely perfect.
