Everything was perfect. Our flight was cancelled, so we needed to stay in this hotel for one more night. After check-in we got a better room (1 night vs. 2 nights) and we got second night was for the same price as the first one (difference between Booking reservation and official reservation in hotel was 50%). Official check-in was at 3PM, but we got the room already at 10AM. The room was clean and with a balcony with a sea view. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Breakfast was good and tasty with freshly baked croissants. Tasty ice tea at reception for free. If it would be possible, we would like to give hotel EDEN an 11* out of 10*. Perfect stay with kind staff -> fully recommend! :)

Everything was great. The service is great, the staff are very kind and ready to help. Very close to the beach and restaurants. It has air conditioners, fridge and all other conditions. They also prepared surprise for our honeymoon. So, I highly recommend.

Friendly staff, conveniently located between a beautiful park and the beach. The bed was comfortable, and the warm clean shower was excellent. Plus, my dog could stay for free, which was a huge bonus. I stayed in Viareggio for over three weeks, booking only the cheapest hotels on Booking.com, and this one was by far my favorite out of the three. As a solo traveler, I was pleasantly surprised to get a twin bed, which gave me extra comfort. Overall, very satisfied! I was here in January, so what can I say about the beach? It's a beach and there is Da Michele, one of the best pizzeria's in Italy, also I recommend Il sole mio and I Partenopei as my favorite pizzeria's in Viareggio and don't forget to go to Muraglione, one of the best spots in Viareggio, specially out of season, in the area of Moletto.
