Spacious room with a balcony. Very good Wi-Fi. Balcony had a table and chairs — perfect for relaxing. Good breakfast. Convenient online check-in system. Large parking area next to the hotel. Although the hotel is close to the road, it was very quiet in the evening and did not disturb at all. Tidy, modern and good price for last moment (we reserved just a few hours before arrival).

We liked absolutely everything in the hotel. The half board was an excellent choice, great breakfast and a dinner we have not experienced anywhere else before. Great variety of really delicious food put together by the chefs, served by an extremely friendly staff making all your wishes come true. We have used the hotel owned ski bus to get to the ski resort in the morning and back in the afternoon. It brings you from the ski room of the hotel directly to the Kalcheralm lift. After the whole day skiing the sauna was great to relax for the adults before the dinner, while the kids could play in the swimming pool or cards in the lobby. The double room in the main house was very clean and big enough for 4 person.

    The availability of the reception and staff was excellent! We had a wonderful time; the breakfast was extensive, offering various types of food, and the dinner was diverse and delicious. The hotel’s location and facilities were also fantastic. Highly recommended for people who love to hike; the hotel offers different excursions. The SPA also has everything from a swimming pool to a sauna and a jacuzzi. The hotel also provides a card for accessing different chairlifts.

    Breakfast was full of choices. The room was modern and warm, comfortable, good size for family. The swimming pool is warm and quite big with mini sliding area which is children just loved. The hotel located in village in mountain but we reached there by car and we travelled around. We recommend to visit Bolzano city (in just one hour from hotel by car) and Outlet Center Brenner (20 min by car)

    Cozy big appartment with all facilities. The biggest benefit was possibility to use sauna and swimming pool in hotel! That was perfect! Huge kitchen and 2 dining rooms, we appreciated 2 toilets.
