The room was big, clean, and comfortable with a great bathroom. It had a good bed with good pillows. The room looked like new, and the whole hotel appeared brand new. Also, it had an amazing view. The location was amazing, close to everything you need to visit in Ragusa. It felt safe to walk around both day and night. The staff was very kind and professional; they explained to us step by step how to get to a bar we were looking for. The parking was easy and convenient. The breakfast offered infinite possibilities of what to eat with great quality. The air conditioning was wonderful, something key at this time of year. All the staff we met were fluent in English and Spanish.

This property was a great little surprise. We only spent one night, and given another opportunity we would have stayed longer in Ragusa and would have been very happy at this hotel. Charming, and very well maintained. The breakfast was exceptional, and it is a super location. The staff were more than gracious, very accommodating and efficient.

ragusa is okay with old system and we stop by the old city ragusa ibla too & it was a great pizza restaurant with great views , overall very nice city and hope to come again especially to ragusa ibla but difficult to find a good accommodating place yo stay so perhaps the city need to improve facilities for tourists. its better to rent a car since public transportation not very effective plus easy to drive around the area

The place is nice and outskirts like Modica and Scili and Ragusa Ibla. Beware the public transportation never on time and can even let you stranded same as what happened to me waiting to go to Syracuse never turned up . Destinations on buses incorrectly shown and assistance is very poor. Besides trains didn't operate and none of the operators Omio or Trainline told us anything and finished up paying for non existent tickes supposed to be substituted by buses that are there late or never turn up like my case to Syracuse.

Ragusa is a cultural discovery, from street to street, however condider : it is an up and down walking. Very good restaurants, where you can “mix-up” with local people and enjoy their way of Sicilian life.

Stunning city with late-Baroque gems and so many streets and churches to get lost and found in! The views are breath-taking, the local cuisine excellent and the people warm and friendly. Highly recommend visiting for at least 2 days.

A beautiful spot to explore, steeped in history. Ragusa is a great location to explore the surrounding area. We loved walking the winding streets of Ragusa Ibla. The churches were wonderful to wander inside. We had a wonderful meal at Bar Degli Archi opposite the church of Purgatory.

Ragusa has good infrastructure for a holiday - insofar as there are cafés and restaurants at various price points and plenty of baroque buildings, particularly in Ibla, that make it a very attractive place to stay (this was our second visit). It is handily placed for day trips to the other cities of Southern Baroque Sicily (Scicli, Modica, Noto and Syracusa) but it should be remembered that Sicily is a huge island and therefore Ragusa is by no means a convenient jumping off point for cities in the North (Taormina, Palermo etc.) The island has so much to commend it that it would be daft to try and tick everything off during a single visit in any case. Don't set targets, slow down and enjoy.

The property is very special. It's a stones throw from the duomo and main square of Ragusa Ibla but in a quiet(ish) narrow street (although we were there in October so everywhere was pretty quiet). The architecture and decor makes it feel like a design hotel but with only a few rooms, its personal and special. The host was exceptionally helpful and the breakfast amazing as it was brought over from the Michelin starred restaurant across the street. The whole experience was fabulous and made for a truly memorable stay.

This was the perfect epitome of our Sicily trip. The room was beautiful, and located very close to Ragusa Ibla. But I can't thank enough to the gost for her great hospitality, one of the best breakfast meals we had (all food is locally sourced and connected to Sicily), and amazing recommendations for things to visit. We visited so many beautiful spots we didn't even know about. And it was so nice to meet the dog, Billy in the most beautiful garden to eat breakfast at.

Lovely pool and huge garden. House was nicely decorated and had air conditioning. Our host responded quickly if there were any issues and he recommended beaches and restaurants. He also kindly provided food for us which was a lovely welcome when we arrived. It was a short walk to Ragusa Ibla, the old town, up some steps. Each room had an ensuite bathroom which was luxury we don't have at home!
