The Areadocks was by far the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. From the exquisite design, to the super cool and friendly team working at the hotel (they found out I forgot something at the hotel and managed to send it on the next hotel I was, on time, during Christmas) to the great rooms, shop and super cool restaurant and bar. it’s a straight 10 out of 10 for me, I would visit Brescia again just to stay at Areadocks.

Rooms and the structure overall are pretty new. The room is modern and the shower very nice. Breakfast is a good value for money, nothing fantastic, but everything you need. Staff in the reception and in the breakfast were very helpful and polite (the Brazilian lady in the reception and the Moroccan lady in the breakfast were very attentive and friendly, really nice to meet them).

Everything, it is indeed exceptional for its category and the service they provide. Super clean and comfortable, spacious apartment with spacious bathroom with head shower. Sauna and ultimate Technogym equipped little gym. The breakfast was fresh and tasty, ladies were regularly checking on us if there us anything else we may need. The cost was a real find for the offer. The owners and their personnel was so welcoming and warm, attentive to our needs and even did an extra mile to get us supper at later hours after a long drive. Will definitely return. It is a real homelike gem in Brescia.

It was a nice town, peaceful if away from the main road, lots of great areas to walk and some stunning views. I found the people to be friendly and it was a safe location for tourists with good bus options if you wanted to travel around the area but be warned the Train station is freight only!

Rezzato is a quaint, but small town.

Rezzato is a quaint, but small town. I think two days is more than enough time to spend here. However, Rezzato is very close to the lakes and to the larger city of Brescia and the value for the room is exceptional. For this reason, I would recommend staying in Rezzato while you visit the lakes and Brescia.

The property is beautiful and suitable for receptions and weddings; however, the bedrooms and bathrooms are outdated and poorly maintained; the bathrooms even have holes in the floors. I wouldn't recommend it as a staycation.

Rezzato is appealing due to its location near the beautiful city of Brescia and close to hiking trails; it's a great base for exploring the region. It's also just 20 minutes from Lake Garda and offers much more reasonable prices.

The town itself doesn't offer much, but I already knew it...

The town itself doesn't offer much, but I already knew it was convenient for us to visit places about an hour away—Riva del Garda and Bergamo, for example. If I can, I'll return to Rezzato and also to La Pina, where we found it clean, even with carpeting, friendly service, and an excellent breakfast.

While traveling through Italy, we chose this location as the best from which we did a daily visits to Verona, Milan and Lago di Garda. We stayed for three nights. Surprised and delighted by the Villa Frnaroli premises. The hotel is located in building which more looks like royal residency. Few minutes away from the Rezzato center. Large room, bathroom, huge hallways. Various food offer for.the breakfast,, both hot and cold and salty and sweet dishes. Daily cleaning of the room and change of towels.
