A fantastic place with an enormous living room, large kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. You have the option to rent bed linen or bring your own. Alessandro is a fantastic host and he does his best to make your stay unforgettable. There is a lot of information where you can go to. Alessandro together with his wife and daughter lives below in a different section with his own entrance on the other side. Outside there is a outdoor kitchen and a swimming pool. The house is close to all big tourist attractions and the view from the house is fabulous! There is absolutely nothing to complain about. We have traveled through Italy for some time now and did stay in 7 different places but this is the best so far. Highly recommended and for sure I will come back and will stay for a week or maybe 2.

We truly loved our stay. The owners are very friendly and welcoming; to us and to our two dogs. They gave us an upgrade and it was a pity we could only stay one night. We had the best value for our money. The surroundings are also very nice .

What a great place to stay. A rustic style house set in a small holding of olive trees, flowers and vegetables. A relaxing location to return to after a day out exploring Tuscan towns villages, many of which were within a half hour drive from this great location. The view from the bedroom terrace is stunning. We tended to eat lunch out during our stay but some nights cooked an evening meal and ate out on the back terrace, the owners let us cut some of the rosemary, parsley and basil growing in the garden for cooking. Fabrizio gave us advice on sightseeing and told us about a park and ride tram stop called Villa Constanza when we visited Florence. Our hosts were great and friendly, didn't intrude but were there to help with any requests we had.

Beautiful renovated apartment in an amazing Tuscan town Lucignano. We did not meet the owner, but communication with him was easy. After he opens main door and door of your apartment there is card inside that you use as a key for both doors. We had breakfast in a place nearby (you get voucher card for it), you also have nice restaurants there but don't forget to make a reservation before as we did, especially on weekends. Parking is outside the historic centre, lots od free space to find. We really loved our stay!!

I really liked the quite area where you can see typical Tuscany landscape after some minutes walking. Also, I am very grateful that the very nice young lady picked me up in Montelcino after my bike broke down and I couldn't find any public transport back.
