Very friendly owner, hotel & room were super clean throughout my stay, the single room was brilliant - plenty of space, fantastic view from the balcony and very comfortable. Excellent location close to hiking trails, the village center and less than 5 mins walk to the cable car. Finally, the price for a week in Alagna in August was very affordable and a great deal. I would happily stay here again.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Residence Kalipe, and I must say, it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by Claudio and his wide and the hospitality extended by the host truly made our stay memorable. Their attention to detail and genuine care for their guests was evident in every interaction. The apartment was Impeccably clean and comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a long day of skiing. What truly set this residence apart, however, was the kindness and helpfulness of the host. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed during our stay, offering valuable recommendations for local attractions and dining options. Nice room with cooking facilities. It's fairly small, but efficient and very clean. Me and my son had an amazing stay. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with, before and during the stay. Ski bus right outside, and a nice little village very close. We can also recommend the pizzas at Lo Chalot which is close.
