The hotel was in a great location and the staff couldn’t do enough to help you. It was beautifully clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a wonderful buffet with everything you can imagine and lots of it. The use of free bikes was such a lovely benefit. My husband and I used them for 3 days and there is no limit on the time of use. I will definitely be going back.

We visited Rubens hotel for 3 nights and this was out best experience in a hotel so far. The rooms were clean and felt fresh. Wifi worked well. It was great to get bikes for free. The hotel is located close to the beach, some shops and restaurants. The staff was super friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile and even hugged us goodbye when we checked out. We even got upgraded our room, since we had a lot of luggage and were staying 3 nights. The girls at the reception are doing a great job and made our stay at Rubens even better. Thank you :)

Very nice stay with very clean and cozy rooms. Room, bathroom, lobby and breakfast room was very clean and well maintained; we had a wonderful view to the beach and our extra wish for a birthday cake was fulfilled. I did like everything about the hotel. Location is perfect, all the staff very helpful and kind. Breakfast is delicious, so many varieties. Room was very spacious and very clean. It was a magnificent view from the balcony. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. If I go back to Rimini I will stay here again.

Playground of the Adriatic

A longtime favourite holiday destination of Italians, Rimini is all about the beach. And with almost 10 miles of sand, it’s easy to see why. It is said that there are 1000 Rimini hotels, and while that might be a slight exaggeration, this Adriatic playground does have more than just sun, sand and glorious sea.

The food is fantastic. Well, this is Italy after all. With some of the best nightlife in Italy, Rimini has a wealth of bars with dance floors, many by the beach, and the next door town of Riccione is a clubbing mecca.

Family-orientated Rimini attractions include the dolphinarium and the Italy in Miniature and Fiabilandia theme parks. A few miles south of Rimini Miramare Airport is Oltremare, a zoo-turned-amusement park located next to Aquafan, a huge water park that becomes a nightclub with foam parties.

For silence and shade, head to Borgo San Giuliano, an area of the town with pastel-painted houses and pedestrian streets. There are also remnants of the town’s Roman past to explore: Tiberius bridge, the Roman arch and the 3rd-century Surgeon’s House.

    I walked around the city a lot. It's nice, organized ,clean. I saw how is cleaning in the night. The beaches are very good. Maybe careful with your pockets. A guy selling amulets and some ladies offering pleasures are trying to pik your pockets. It's not really alarming, I tried many kinds of food besides the familiar ones. Good food, good wine. About beer? Good, but I'll stick to Dutch beer. Places where Italian music is played, everyone sings. I live Italian music, I am also Latin by origin. Let's not forget the Contrada, With Spanish music. There are still some places with an American atmosphere. There is another place where people sing and play Serbian music. It's shame that they still play MANELE, which is neither Romanian nor Gypsy music. I don't know where the hell this come from. I go down south, Pescara, Chieti and around, It's still good weather. Ciao !.....................

    The bars with the DJs were too loud for us, but otherwise Rimini was very laid back. Found some excellent fish restuarants and the old town was a real familiy affair. Good trip to Ravenna for the day and to San Marino for another day.

    I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of cultural sites...

    I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of cultural sites to visit in Rimini, including the museum dedicated to Fellini, a Roman House and a local museum.A local tour guide took us on a walking tour and gave us a lot of interesting facts about the town.This together with the beach facilities and excellent restaurants made it an ideal place for a holiday.

    Public transport is cheap,1.50 euros a trip and regular, buses can be crowded, we loved the town centre, there are Roman ruins to visit, a great market on a Saturday, lovely beaches but sun-beds are not cheap, you can join Zumba on the beach and a market stall for beach ware, great cafes for coffee and delicious cakes, take away Pizza for 9 euros, large supermarket nearby, lots of different types of shops and great shoe shops.

    Many shops, markets, and restaurants. The coastal tourist district is a little crowded. Local public transport is excellent and modern, but buying tickets can sometimes be difficult. The city is clean, the locals are friendly, and there are harmless homeless people and beggars. Pedestrian traffic is not developed outside the tourist areas.

    Bigger than expected, and the beach(es) is massive! Rimini seems the best for people that want to sport by the beach as there is a *TON* of volleyball/beach tennis/so many other sport places along the whole shoreline. That being said, I hoped the beaches/sea would be nicer. It doesn't have really clear waters or anything, and it's way too shallow for my taste - you have to walk far to get to proper depth. I'd guess it's great for children thanks to it though, no stones (just very fine sand) and shallow waters. Good for building sand castles and just splashing around. Nice historical city center, good "miniatures" park nearby, easy trip to San Marino - all easily possible even on foot/by bus.

    The hotel is located near the beach, but also easy access by bus to the Rimini central station. The staff was friendly and responsive to any requests. We had the "all inclusive" option - which here means 3 meals with drinks included during the meal. That turned out to be amazing experience: the main course and the second course we had pre-ordered and the the cold appetizers and salads were in buffet style. Great opportunity to try local italian cuisine. The breakfast was standard, also very good and rich in quality and quantity.

    The hotel is located on the lungomare and has a view on the beach. The room was clean and comfortable, it had two small balconies, one facing the beach. The staff were lovely and welcoming. Their breakfast buffet offers a huge selection of, well, pretty much anything you may want from cakes and pastries (a lot of them!) to scrambled eggs made on request, fruits, yogurt and cereal, bread and spreads, some cured meats and cheese, coffees and juices. There’s also a very pleasant outside areas with a swimming pool.

    Fantastic place to stay from the friendly and helpful reception staff to the cleaners,this was a welcoming and friendly hotel. Situated on the beachfront near plenty of good restaurants,eateries and shops. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Beds were comfortable and shower/wash facilities very good with linen/towels refreshed on request. An excellent choice at breakfast. There are gated and secure parking facilities on site that are paid for separately at reception. Highly recommended.

    Placed practically ON the beach! Beautiful view from the seaview room, watching the sunrise from the balcony was supernice! Breakfast was amazing, had the biggest buffet we’ve seen. By far the best breakfast buffet in Italy ‘till now! Pool was nice and clean! Closed a bit early though. Clean room/bathroom, no bugs! Super cheap and great pizza place next door! Parking was pretty close!

    This is an amazing property, the host Marco is super welcoming and makes sure you feel comfortable. If I travel back to Rimini, will definitely stay there as well! All was clean, breakfast was tasty, we also got some discounts for the restaurants nearby and the sunbeds to stay at the beach. Thank you so much, this was one of the best stays I had in Italy!
