Modern and spacious apartment, clean and very well equipped - well-equipped kitchen, air conditioning in every room, comfortable beds, large living room and outdoor seating area. Very peaceful and green place. Good location, close to San Vito Chietino, all the beaches near Pescara and Trabucchi coast. The owner was very friendly, he greeted us with a smile and pack of apricots:)

We had a wonderful stay in the appartment. It is very big, clean and comfortable. It's also located in the middle of the town, where you can reach everything by foot. We came with our bicycles and could take them up in the appartment. The hosts are an amazing family. We asked them if we can store some of our luggage somewhere for a few days to go hiking to the National Parc nearby. They took our luggage to their house for free and also helped us carry it upstairs. When we came back, we booked another stay with them. They even brought us chocolate and cake because of Eastern. We really appreciate the hospitality and will come back whenever we are in Abruzzo. Thank you!

We where hesitating to continue our stay in this property because of all the negative comments we read online. But I feel inlove with the foto's so we said we will take the risk. During our way to these property we didnt expect the heavy traffic, so we couldnt arrive on the said time of the check in.. In the back of my head maybe we will experience all the negative comments that I read. We even prepared ourself to sleep in the car because we will arrive very late. But I have sent a message to the property and explained our situation and they were very flexible to us.. We were still welcomed in the middle of the night by a lady who doesnt speak English but with a wonderful soul.. Though we dont speak Italian evertthing went well with our conversation...

Location is good. A bakery and pizza place are near by. The window is on the east side so you get woken up by the sunrise. It is like in the photos. The kitchen is big and usefull. There is a large fridge with freezer on the bottom.
