Great spot to tour Tuscany from. The house was age appropriate for where it is located. Rustic, simple but comfortable. Cooked every meal in, better equipped than most. Outdoor grilling was perfect. The main property is just a short stroll up the road. We did not try the restaurant or use the pool. The nearby town of Rosia had a big grocery store, gas stations, restaurants etc.

The views were absolutely stunning and the surroundings were beautiful – a perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming to our dog, who had a great time playing with their dog, Mallory. Special thanks to Matilde - she was wonderful and really made our stay special. The food was delicious. And don’t worry about the road – we made it just fine with our low-suspension car. Highly recommended!

Fantastic historic castello! Our room was very roomy and comfortable. The staff exceptional and the owner very friendly, helpful and a delight! Good country location and easy drive into Sienna and a good quiet base for visiting surrounding villages in tuscany. The restaurant cuisine was also an added bonus and very nice indeed!

The aparthotel is new , beautiful in a very calm and quiet village a few km (less than 15' with car) from Siena . The first day of our stay (a rainy day) we saw a small deer just 100m away from our window !!!! It has spacious room and bathroom , a small kitchen with a big fridge . The parking was easy with direct access to the rooms . The staff was extremely friendly at the reception and at the breakfast . We have a late check in so they had give us exact instructions to make it easy . The breakfast was very good . Everything they had was fresh , most of them like homemade and tasty . There is also help for a delivery (in our case with tired small child was perfect) from the receprion . Finally , 100m away there is a super market . I will certainly stay again . Bravo

We had the most wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warmth and kindness, making us feel like part of their family. Our room was not only comfortable but also beautifully designed, creating a cozy retreat after a long day of exploring. The food was a delightful surprise! Each meal was not just fresh and flavorful but also prepared with so much care and attention to detail. It felt like dining at a five-star restaurant every day. What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the thoughtful touches everywhere we looked. Whether it was the complimentary amenities in our room or the little gestures from the staff, they truly thought of everything to ensure our stay was perfect. We left with hearts full of gratitude and memories to cherish. If you're looking for a place where you'll be treated with genuine warmth and where every detail is taken care of, this is the hotel for you. We can't wait to return!

A very nice family-run business, especially the owner, a very pleasant and helpful lady. Our stay here was very enjoyable. The air conditioning worked perfectly. Spacious rooms with a clean kitchen, comfortable beds, beautiful location, and a delicious menu in the restaurant. Highly recommended!

Excellent hospitality, charming location, perfect for exploring Siena and the surrounding area without being overwhelmed by the crowds of hit-and-run tourists. The property delivers on its promises and is clean and tidy. The area offers the opportunity to enjoy the highest quality local food and wine. We had a great time! Paolo and Laura

The place offers nothing of interest.

The place offers nothing of interest. The only advantage not to be underestimated is the bar on the corner and the adjacent pizzeria. I would recommend it as a place to stop for frugal meals. There is an ATM, a tobacconist, and a Conad supermarket.

Rosia is a small town with a few nice restaurants.

Rosia is a small town with a few nice restaurants. The main reason to choose Rosia is that you're close to many interesting places without the disadvantage of crowds and parking problems. It's close to Siena, Volterra, San Gimignano, and more.
