The view was breathtaking, the penthouse that we stayed in was enormous, it had a big terrace with front lake view , we had breakfast in our apartment, that had a dining room, every morning someone brought and arranged everything in the room. It exceeded our expectations!! I highly recommend this hotel. It is 10/10!

We couldn't have wished for a better first wedding anniversary. Perfect hotel with a beautiful view of Lake Como. Breakfast, room service and friendly staff exceeded our expectations. The hotel is further away from Bellagio, but it's not a problem at all, because every hour, the hotel's shuttle bus picks up and drops off the guests. We will definitely come back in the warmer season to be able to take advantage of everything what the hotel offer (for example, relaxing by the pool).

The home was very well setup and organized. I knew from the pictures that is was Beautiful and scenic. However, once inside everything was very easy to use and enjoy. Which is not always the case even in the most expensive Homes. The Staff was 100% great. Many times I had to make last moment requests. Which can be a big challenge. But each time they said no problem. Again, very rare. I have been to over 60 Countries. Many times Leasing or renting exclusive home(s) for My Family when we visit. I really enjoyed this Villa and the People. As did my Family. Thank you. AAA+++ Rating.

This villa is phenomenal. Location is fantastic!

This villa is phenomenal. Location is fantastic! Facilities are really great. The only draw back is the main road is not conducive to walking on, so a car really is necessary for safety reasons. Otherwise, this is a fabulous place. I travel a lot and have had numerous experiences with these types of rentals, and this place is truly awesome! Right on the lake is a dream.

The town is charming but tiny, with a population of just 600...

The town is charming but tiny, with a population of just 600, and you can walk around it in 20 minutes. I found a couple of restaurants and one tiny shop. There's practically nowhere to walk, and walking along the highway is uncomfortable: there are cars and no sidewalks. You can walk along the street above the highway, but it's steep, making the walk an endurance workout. There's no promenade.

The lake view is very nice.

The lake view is very nice. The apartment itself is not; the oven, pans, and pots are unusable. The beds are broken. The bathroom door is difficult to close, and the water takes forever to get hot. This apartment should really be taken out of the rental market.

Our stay at Musa Lago di Como was the best hotel/resort experience we have ever had. Everything was perfect. The room was beautiful and had everything you could ever need or want. The staff as Musa were incredible, and the attention to detail during our stay was amazing. We had breakfasts and dinners at Roteo restaurant at Musa, and the food and staff were 10/10. We will definitely be back in the future. We couldn't fault it. Thank you Musa!

Everything was exceptional, the location of the hotel and Ca Bela villa, wich is the next level luxurious experience. The breakfast was 10/10 and the food at he lounge and the hotel restaurant was amazing too. The hotel is located directly on the lake and offers a breathtaking view. It is one of the best properties we stayed in Italy. Trully 5* establishment.

The room was very beautiful and conveniently located next to the Sala Comacina ferry port. The view from the room was amazing and picturesque. Liza and her mum Janett were very helpful and friendly, letting us check in earlier than expected and giving us guides to get around the area.
