Our room was recently renovated and really modern. Everything was clean and well equipped. The staff was really friendly even though we can't speak any italian. The breakfast was simple but really delicious. The location is only 10-15 minutes by car from the next village at the lake. From there you can take a ferry to other parts of the lake. Over all we were really happy with our stay.

Superb breakfast using fresh, home made and local produce. The room was lovely, bed and bedding very comfortable. The hosts, Peter and Vietske made our stay memorable. Helpful, friendly, welcoming and knowledgable. We will back very soon for sure.

Beautiful villa with a soul, very well located in a charming village, just 15 minutes from Argegno. The host was lovely and very helpful. Also had a great approach to dogs, overall a very dog-friendly place! A big, beautiful garden and private parking just by the house (not on the street). We were late for a check in and the host was very understanding and we had no problems with checking in a few hours later than planned. The breakfast was tasty and with a great view from the balcony.

The location is very nice. You can get picked up by jeep but you can also walk to the agriturismo. The rooms and restaurant are very clean. The breakfast is very good and the dinner is fantastic. Lots of local products. Everything is freshly prepared. We loved it! The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would love to come back again!

Beautiful location on the Italian side of Lake Lugano, complete on it's own with a small beach, splash pools and water slide, spa, a playground, a fish and turtle pond, childcare and three restaurants. The place was spotless. The service was exceptional! I mean really! Everyone smiles and it felt they are genuinely interested in the people around. They waived off the charges for our second child. :) and sent us bottles of water for the drive back. I've never had that before. We'll definitely go back again.

A great base for exploring the hills (walking and cycling) around the Italian lakes. A totally different experience from anything lake side - in my view, a much better experience than things along Lake Como.

It's a cute, friendly town.

It's a cute, friendly town. Not overrun with tourists like so many other towns on the lake. Good restaurants, good bars, a great pasticceria, and good cafes. Not one bad moment! (When traveling through the town, do NOT follow Google map suggestions - if the occur - to use "small" roads. Note the different widths of roads on the maps. Only use the wider one. Narrow ones can take you to alleys you may not be able to go through.)

- The reception (Simone) is amazing.

- The reception (Simone) is amazing. - The breakfast is great with varieties and the restaurant area has big windows with lotsa light facing garden, which I love about it. - The mattress was very uncomfortable. - The room was super cold in May and we couldn't sleep coz we were freezing.

If you have much luggage, I would travel there by car.

If you have much luggage, I would travel there by car. Otherwise travelling by bus was really easy and inexpensive. We ate at most of the places on the main street through the town. But our favourite meal was at Mare e Monti. They offered a great assorted seafood option.

We loved the views, in all honesty they were just...

We loved the views, in all honesty they were just spectacular. The best part of driving to the village was admiring the countryside as you got there. That being said, make sure you don't have a very wide vehicle as you drive up from the Lake Lugano side. The roads are very thin and have some sharp hairpin bends. Driving up from Lake Como is much more relaxing, using the main road. Our favourite place to eat was the Taverna Due Castagni. The food was amazing, the prices (average 11€ per course) make it superbe value for money. The staff were very patient with us, as we had accidentally turned up without booking.

We stayed just one night at Villa il Maiale Bianco, while traveling around the Como region. It was a lovely stay. The house is beautiful and the room was well equipped. The small city is quiet and we could rest and sleep well (very comfortable bed in the room). Super breakfast. The owners are also a highlight, friendly and warm. We would definitely come back.

The hosts of Villa Alma know how to make their guests feel welcome. Such hospitality is rare. We enjoyed the accommodation and their hosts and the two wonderful pets completed a brilliant stay for us as a family. Definately worth a visit! Good luck with further building your business!

The hotel was great with a swimming pool and lovely views from the balcony's. The room was really nice with sky lights and wooden beams. The staff were nice and friendly and the breakfast was really good with a lovely selection of bread/pastries, jams, yogurts and fruit salad.
