Perfect in every way. How often do we say that? Location, parking, room, housekeeping, food and beverage all absolutely excellent but what makes this lovely hotel so special is the team. Every single member of staff goes way beyond the call of duty to offer the best possible level of service. This is combined with a genuine eagerness to please. Small kindnesses. Little surprises to sweeten the day.. Friendliness, courtesy, professionalism, discretion and warmth (how rare!).Bravissimo. Thank you all. It was a delight. We will return in September. Already reserved.

The location of this hotel is fantastic - right in the middle of the centre. The hotel's restaurant is so good and guests get a discount. We ate most of our meals here. We got the breakfast included in our room rate and it had everything you could want. The room was clean and comfortable for two people. The staff were so welcoming and kind. Hands down I'd stay here again!

1. Great personnel at the reception who provided us with free upgrade, knowing that we had a long way and it was our first stay at the lake. 2. Great room with the lake view and private warm jacuzzi at the terrace. 3. Very tasty breakfast with all you need: squeezed juice, fresh bread, great Italian coffee, omelet, sausages, bacon, cheese, sweet pastry etc. 4. Restaurant at the hotel for dinner, if you do not want to go somewhere. 5. Great location near all key places, shops and restaurants.
