The modern, clean, spacious, comfortable and well-furnished Villa with garden in a quiet neighborhood. The super friendly, helpful and warm owner and her sister, wo were always there when I ask for it (Thanks for all, especially the help with the needed mechanic and the doctor! :)). The easy access of the house by car (flat streets) and the nearby amenities. Furthermore, the quality of the mattresses and the pillows, and the amount of provided towels and sheets. No mosquito bites at all, what we didn't experience in any other place so far:). And last but not least all the things and stuff provided by the owner like noodles, spices, coffee, milk, biscuits, oil, soap, washing powder etc.., what made the stay even more cozy and comfortable! Thanks too much! :)

The yard was beautifully arranged with safe and fun play areas for the children, as well as perfect spots for family meals outdoors and relaxing evenings with a glass of wine. Everything was thoughtfully prepared to make the stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. A special thanks goes to the host — she was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. We truly felt her genuine care and desire to make our stay perfect. Because of her warmth and hospitality, we felt not just like guests, but like dear friends.

Hotel staff were impeccably polite, helpful and kind; they always went above and beyond for us. Location was excellent for some of the best beaches in the south east, and Cagliari is a 20min drive in the other direction. Breakfast was fresh (warm bread, freshly-baked croissants, fresh fruit etc). The bed was comfortable and everything was spotless! We were also able to use the sister hotel’s pool for free (a short drive away) which was a lovely bonus.
