The room was in a perfect location in the city-- in the city center. It was close to everything. Although the town itself is charming and older, the room was ultra-modern, and I felt like I was staying in a 5-star hotel. The host was lovely, as were the women who cleaned. They even left croissants and snack food as well as coffee. Overall it was lovely.

The host gave us very good instructions regarding the accommodation. It was my first time to use my smart phone to access accommodation & I found it super convenient. Quality accommodation with quality furniture, fittings & beautifully decorated. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazing. Great attention to detail throughout. Coffee, tea & water all free. Host was very attentive .

Beautiful city, much cheaper to eat and drink out than in the coastal towns. Plenty to explore, shopping, historical buildings and churches. Excellent array of restaurants and bars. Hypermarkets on the outskirts for anything that you might need.

Sassari is a bit of a hidden gem.

Sassari is a bit of a hidden gem. I feel like most travelers probably go for Alghero or more touristy places along the coast, but are missing out on visiting Sassari. There are cafes and restaurants at every turn and the locals are out in force in the evenings. It makes for a lively and festive scene. Music is also important for the city and the summer is full of various music events and festivals, plus gastronomic events too! Take a little side trip and head over to Sassari for a day or two.

Beautiful spotlessly clean inner city with amazing...

Beautiful spotlessly clean inner city with amazing architecture steeped in history however you need to go right into Piazza d’Italia and immediate cobblestone streets to appreciate this as the surrounding areas are unkempt and graffiti laden, not the place for “modern street art” in my opinion, taking away from the beauty of the historical buildings.

During our stay my partner and I didn’t take the time to explore the city of Sassari. But during the evenings we did enjoy going to a couple nice restraunts. We did enjoy using the public transportation to visit other cities but overall sassari is a very calm place to stay and very close to the north western part of the island.

Not a real tourist town but with a nice old centre (small streets, high houses, colorful facades). When we visited it (late afternoon + early evening first week of May), it was extremely quiet - some squares seemed totally deserted - which created a weird atmosphere. Scene and streets got more livelier around Piazza d'Italia and University but not what you might expect from a city with >100.000 inhabitants. Conclusion: nice but not unmissable.

Clean, modern and bright with everything you need. Located in the old town. Beautiful views and sunset. Sassari was a very pleasant surprise. Wish we could have stayed a few days longer to really explore the city. Lorenzo allowed us to leave our bags in the apartment and use the facilities until late afternoon, as there were no other guests. That was very much appreciated.

We had a really nice overnight stay in this very beautiful hotel. It's very central in Sassari located and they have very clean rooms with an amazing decoration and furniture :-) me and my friend felt like princesses. The Check-In is a self Check-In, so there was no stuff around. We got very good instructions, so it was easily done. We can definitely recommend this place.

As I checked out early, staff prepared a packed breakfast for me which was amazingly hospitable. Friendly and welcoming hotel staff. The guest services manager on reception was very helpful and efficient. Check in was quick and I was in my room almost immediately. Dinner staff were friendly and attentive.

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night as our flight arrived late and we didn’t want to drive late at night. The rooms are huge, the bathroom has a lovely shower and the room aircon works. For the price I paid I cannot say nothing bad about this hotel. Grazie
