The friendlyness of the staff, cleanness, enthusiastic nd relax feeling when you stay with them! A super location to do daytrips and also stay in the hotel to relax! Modern and cosy at the same time. The breakfast at the rooftop is a very nice and big plus: lots of assortiment and fresh eggs, bacon, Coffee, thee... wonderfull!

We could not rate Masseria Torre Maizza highly enough. All of the staff were exceptional and tended to any and all of our needs. The facilities were fantastic and the food both breakfast (included in our stay) and the meals by the pool, at the beach club and in the main restaurant were superb. Amazing find! This resort is stunning. The staff at reception and the pool bar were very kind and helpful. The fruit tree gardens and pool area are beautiful. Great breakfast, great value. This is a special place - highly recommend.

Friendly helpful staff on arrival and when needed some questions answered always very helpful and available. The location was beautiful surrounded by olive trees and nature able to see the night sky, not far from the center just 10 min car journey, less to local shopping centre for the supermarket.

Everything was wonderful. Hosts made us feel just like we were at home. They were fantastic and we were even able to get a delicious home cooked meal there after a huge day of walking. We highly recommend this apartment :)

What you need to know - on day two of our stay the bathroom...

What you need to know - on day two of our stay the bathroom lighting and hot water ceased to work in one bathroom and this could not be repaired for us. Apologies given but no offer of compensation. You will be expected to manage the garbage and take it out so be prepared for this. It sounded quiet confusing and I refused to do it - The iron was not safe to use - yet is listed as available, this was very important for our stay as we were attending a wedding. I was later told by the owner - the iron was not meant to be listed. We we told by the owner we had broken the law as we had the air conditioning set to 17. Their are no windows in the bedrooms and it got very warm at night. This law actually is only for public places but it did upset me. The property is beautiful and well located. The owner was very unhappy with my truthful review.

It was a slow time of year to go but that was the best part.

It was a slow time of year to go but that was the best part. Not a lot of people to deal with. Some of the restarants were closed but still plenty to chose from. Beaches were a little farther to get to but nice when you found a free beach. Had to pay for parking to get to the beach.

Weather was perfect, resturants did not have a big selection of other food than fish. The fish was served with pasta etc. but still, for a meat lover the selection was poor. Local small supermarkets offered fresh baguettes with fresh topping. HArd to find breakfast in the local restaurants, supermaket was the saviour.

The apartment is new, light and welcoming.

The apartment is new, light and welcoming. Tony was always available by phone to answer any questions we had and offered suggestions for dining options, beach locations, etc. Appliances are all new and having a washer/dryer was extremely helpful. The restaurants just outside the main door are both very good and convenient. Savelletri has many restaurant choices for a small town.

The town is very authentic. Cheerful. Picturesque. With beautiful, clean beaches and a small town with excellent restaurants, perfect for an evening stroll. Two or three lovely blocks along the seafront.

Outside the city.

Outside the city. Construction and noise (crane, trucks, jet skis...). We won't be going back. For an informed decision, I think photos showing the two restaurants on the ground floor of the building where the apartment is located should be provided. Thank you.

The hotel is beautiful, easy to get to and the location is fantastic. The entire hotel was very clean, private and the pools and food are fantastic. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. The view from the sea terrace rooms and the restaurant is hard to beat. Less than a 10 minute drive from Monopoli which was a really lovely town to explore on foot.
