The hotel communication was good about our late arrival (via email as we have no Italian) and on asking for food on arrival, being hungry and tired after 13hrs travel they opened the kitchen and went beyond our request for some pasta with a lovely 3 course meal. After that we enjoyed a meal there each night. We enjoyed sitting on our room balcony with views over the historic centre of Scanno and exploring the surrounds.
