I had an absolutely wonderful stay at La Vignetta Cernobbio! The hotel is truly one-of-a-kind, offering a unique charm that makes it stand out. The rooms were incredibly cozy, with breathtaking views of the lake that made every moment special. The location couldn’t be more perfect, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The staff were phenomenal, going above and beyond to ensure a fantastic experience. A special shoutout to Ash, whose exceptional service and kindness really made our stay unforgettable. The hotel has a great location to explore Lake Como area. Breakfast was very good, with a good selection of fruits, yogurt and freshly made eggs and other options. Also, the hotel offers paid parking which is an asset in this area where parking is not easy. It is very clean. Our room had a little fridge which was very useful. The restaurant was very good and we had dinner twice in the restaurant and enjoyed the food very much. Very reasonably priced compared to the prices in the area.

This hotel is a beautiful place to stay if you like quiet out of the way places. The rooms look better than in the pictures. The food is top quality in the restaurant. The breakfast buffet was generous with a good selection. There was a lovely little beach bar with sunbeds across the road, which served lovely food and cocktails. The bus stop is a 10 minute walk up very steep old uneven stone steps. I think there are only 2 or 3 ferry crossings daily, but with a little planning, you can get anywhere on the lake. We took the smaller ferry from Lake como to faggeto lario (30 mins maybe), and the hotel is only a couple of steps from ferry stop.
