Nice quiet place, great view, well equipped kitchen (with induction cooktop) and own grill outside. There is also a coffeemaker (Nespresso), washing machine, AC in the bigger sleeping room. Perhaps, the only thing missing was a dishwasher 😁 Good that the house has its own heater, so you always have hot water and it should be warm inside during the cold season.

The staff working at the hotel are truly excellent. So welcoming and available to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Room was top class. V clean, tiled floors, large bathroom and comfy bed. The buffet breakfast has a great selection which will cater fir all needs. Location was ideal, 10 min walk from town centre and directly across the road from waterfront, which is an amazing place to walk and soak up La Spezia atmosphere. I felt it was great value for my money, a practically new hotel, great location and great staff. I really enjoyed my stay.

Very friendly and helpful staff. From the very beginning, we were informed at the reception with all the necessary information regarding visiting the Cinque Terre villages. They also recommended us to visit Porto Venere, which otherwise we would not have visited and it was wonderful. They advised us where to park the car in La Spezia to be close to the port and the train station. The hotel had a really rich, tasty and varied breakfast. The room and all areas of the hotel were very clean. Fresh towels were also changed in our room every day.
