Maria’s cooking deserves its own spotlight. Every meal was a celebration of local flavors, prepared with love and skill. Her dishes are the kind that linger in your memory long after you've left—fresh, soulful, and utterly delicious. A special mention must go to Sandro, whose warmth and dedication truly elevate your stay. His friendliness, tireless energy, and genuine passion for hospitality made every interaction a joy. I will now leave a very long review for those who is looking for something special not a traditional ‘south B&B’. The hotel is located rather far away from Brindisi and Melagne. I would say this is more likely to be an advantage for those who is tired from the noisy busy cities. But I am not sure it is possible to get without the car. It is absolutely new renovated building. The property is renovated on the ruins of an old farming. The owners told me this has taken them 10 years to come up with this project from idea to a first working day on August,6 this year. The materials are very expensive. And you feel the special atmosphere in every detail you see here. The owners of the hotel is a family of two brothers and a sister which makes this a traditional family business with all those great things like home made pie during the breakfast and full time hospitality. What is very important they have improved the tradition of the on-line check-in which comes from well-operated hospitality businesses. That means you can get your room almost any time. The very special part of this review should go to Dario. He is the owner and as I feel the main inspirer of the project. I would only comment that they give 5 star hospitality. Still you should understand that hotel is located almost in the field. And you will get it after ridding through fields. Next year they are planning to reconstruct a swimming pool which would add some comfort during the long hot season. I would highly recommend for those who does not want to spend extra money but wants to get a high level service.

Very good location close to Ostuni, Alberobello, Brindisi, Monopoli etc. Great staff and ambiance/ garden. Facilities are also very good: swimming pool and restaurant (exquisite breakfast). Haven’t tried the spa.

This hotel is in a small town. 10 minutes walk to the centre of Carovigno. It is lovey, quiet and peaceful with a clean small pool area. The rooms were spotless clean also. But what set this hotel apart from others was the service from the owner Pasquale. He is a really amazing host, made us feel so welcome and was super attentative. He made us delicious lunches on the days we stayed by the pool and even arranged transport for us to station etc as we had no car. Overall the experience and service in this hotel was 10 out of 10 and I'd like to say because of this we will be back and definitely recommend. Keep up the great work Pasquale and Giuseppe and thank you for making us so welcome.

The hotel is situated within a fabulous garden. It has a very Nice pool and bar nearby. The property is closed with a gate and only residents can enter inside. Parking lot is inside the garden, safe area. All personnel was very friendly, helpful and always There to Support and fulfill all our needs. We had an Excellent vacation. Property is 800 m away from the sand beach Pantanagianni. We will come back for sure. FABULOUS! Thank you for hospitality to All Staff.
