What a gem in Sinalunga! Excellent, modern apartment overlooking a beautiful little square. Located well close to other cities. The apartment was well-furnished and equipped with everything we needed. Communication with the host was excellent and easy. We loved hearing the locals have dinner late outside, for us it felt very real and pleasant. Also, a gelato place downstairs was convienent! We were also very happy with the quality of the bed, it was very modern and comfortable. Thank you!!

A great space, fully equipped with everything you need. The host was fantastic, went above and beyond in making our stay perfect. I could not figure out how to use the air con and the host was very fast in responding and remotely turned it on immediately (which was needed in 35 degree heat). Full information was given regarding free parking which was very helpful.

An absolute dream stay at I colli dei frati! 🌿⛪️ From the very first moment, we felt this was a special place: surrounded by greenery, with a peaceful atmosphere and a breathtaking view of the church – simply magical. The apartment is spacious, full of light, and decorated with so much love that you immediately feel at home. Warm colors, perfectly clean rooms, and every detail thoughtfully arranged – from the fully equipped kitchen to the ironing board, everything you might need is there. The terrace is a little paradise: comfortable seating, calm all around, and nature at your doorstep. Safe parking makes everything easy and stress-free. The host is a true gem – warm, attentive, and welcoming, yet never intrusive. We were even greeted with a lovely local treat on the table, which made us feel immediately cared for. 💛 The location is excellent: only a couple of minutes to the center of Sinalunga, with restaurants, cafés, shops, and gas stations close by. With a car it’s perfect; on foot a bit of a climb, but the view and serenity are more than worth it.

A beautiful Tuscany village, like out of a postcard. Narrow winding streets, a really neat town square- the Piazza Garibaldi- had breakfast there every morning at the Bar Langola. Neat restaurants and shops. Great location, only @40 km from Florence, 200 km to Rome. Easy access to anywhere in Tuscany and the Chiani Valley. I could retire here. FYI, no public transportation, best to rent a car. The streets are beautiful but challenging, drive carefully.

Sinalunga is a very characteristic medieval village perched on the hill. If it weren't for the cars, walking through the streets would feel like stepping back in time. It can be a base for excursions to enchanting places nearby, such as Asciano, Torrita, Pienza, Castiglion Fiorentino, etc.

The property is very welcoming, clean, and spacious. It's located along the Via Lauretana, making it easy to reach on foot. The manager is very kind and helpful. (Welcome water and coffee) Convenient location for the Rapolano Terme spa, Siena, and the Sienese hills.

A small Tuscan village. It's easy to explore on foot. Clean, well-maintained, and tidy. There are several restaurants and bars, as well as a small shopping center. The best part is its location near many attractions, including spas and culturally significant cities like Siena, Arezzo, and Cortona, all less than a half-hour drive away.

I wasn't able to visit the town itself, but I had dinner at a nearby restaurant. However, the location is also perfect as a starting point for visiting many other Umbrian and Tuscan attractions.

Rather sad. Nothing special to see.

Rather sad. Nothing special to see. Nothing typically Tuscan. The village is noisy at night (it's a crossroads). The central square, however, is quite pleasant and quiet, with a restaurant, a pizzeria, and a bar. And that's it! So: a place to pass through. Not for staying, in my opinion.

We (4 adults and 1 dog) had a great time together at Podere Zelmira. The surroundings are beautiful and there is a nice walk you can take with the dog right off the property, through the fields and forest towards the nearby village of Scrofiano, where you can have a coffee at the local café/bar/supermarket (the route was kindly explained to us by Jessica). Rob and Jessica were friendly and kept checking in with us throughout our stay. We stayed for 9 nights.

Beautiful Italian home in a stunning views of the Italian countryside! Between the views and the high standards of this home it’s the perfect spot for your visit to Sinalunga/Tuscany ! If you have transport it’s the great place to set base and explore the area. Elena was absolutely fantastic and a great host throughout, she couldn’t have done more for us and even provided transport for us when we had a last minute problem.

A cosy apartment in a beautiful location, with a nearby free parking lot. Good contact with the host. The room was big enough for four and the kitchen was adequately equipped. It was very clean. We recommend the apartment and Sinalunga is a truly exceptional little town.
