Everything was perfect! The hosts are so kind and welcoming. They waited for us to hand over and show us the apartment. The apartment is immaculate. So clean and well stocked. There was everything we could have needed plus beautifully decorated. We’d score it higher if we could. Thanks for a lovely stay.

I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. It is a quiet and peaceful place, with neat and clean rooms and comfortable beds. Everything was well-maintained, making for an overall pleasant experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bibbiena.

Wonderful staff! Florentino went way beyond - prior to our stay she answered many questions about the bus from Bibbiena to Della Verna and even purchased bus tickets for us! The hotel was lovely, lots of character, comfy beds and very clean. Breakfast had lots of variety....cheese, meat, cereal, yogurt, breads, sweet breads, fruit, espresso. Highly recommended!

The room was really nice and modern & the staff were really helpful. Staff provided us with an adapter as we did not have one. They also organised a taxi for to attend an event.

Great location, few minutes drive from Poppi Castle. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Food was excellent, very busy with locals so maybe book the restaurant. Plenty of parking on site
